I wanted to give 5 stars for every category but the only thing is some places are in fact better so the category that stood out the most as far as not QUITE a 5 maybe, was the server could have been a LITTLE more friendly. She was pleasant, but not like someone who is trying to really earn the 22+% tips they put on the CC machine they bring to you...so 4 there. Food was great. Just a TAD pricey maybe but overall a great experience! I would go back.
Parking is very limited to street parking and a small lot across the street that is technically for the historical society. They didn't seem to have enough staff for how many people were here, but the food was worth the wait. On the more expensive side, but the proportions were very generous. The drinks, especially the black cherry bourbon sour were good, and they were great with bringing the kids' food with the apps (they actually arrived first!) we sat outside because...
We had a fabulous dinner here. They had the best gluten free options ever! I cannot believe that I was able to enjoy fried chicken bites and steak crostini and it was all sans gluten. Thank you Black Forest Brewery for providing these options.
