This entire restaurant was disgustingly dirty. All tables were empty and filthy, I asked for someone to clean one so we could sit, and that did not happen. The floors were disgusting. I will never go back there.

Horrible tasting food stopped here on my way back to Maryland from Refreshing Mountain. Yuck. I was reluctant to get it because the food looked as if it had been sitting for hours but the server stated they hadn't been open too long. My guess is that they warmed it up from the previous day. Will not return and I contacted customer service. The chicken was beyond burnt and dry. I actually trashed my burrito.

Used the app the app told me it was ready got there they told me i didn’t have an order asked me what i order employee took a picture of the order said he was going to make it for us and then made the wrong food so he remade the one ordered now we did check to see if the bowls were right and they looked correct come to find out there was no protein at all when i order double protein.

The servings are huge! Wife and I split a bowl and still struggled to finish it.

Everytime I go, the portions get smaller and smaller, might just be time to stop going to chipotle until the portion sizes are back to normal and actually fill you up when you eat. Don't recommend.

I really like the food here. Today, however, I was disappointed. About halfway through our dining experience the music changed to explicit rap, and I overheard multiple f-words from the employees. Also, they were all out of all Fresca lemonade drink options. Hope this improves next time.

This Chipotle is very disappointing. They had signs pasted everywhere saying they will only accept cash and only exact change. I ordered a steak bowl, and there were only a few small pieces of steak left. The server told me they didn’t have more, and asked if I would be OK with chicken instead. When I hesitated, she asked a coworker, and he very slowly started cutting up another steak. This could be a booming location if they would improve their service!
