When we got there, no one took our order for 15 minutes . There wasn’t anyone at the drive-thru window, even though they weren’t busy. Then, instead of taking our order, they decided to take someone else’s, even though we had gotten there first.

Food doesn't taste right, hash browns were chemically and the bagel was like cardboard. Also don't know how a drive thru only takes this long to move a line

i’m sure the food and drinks were good except i couldn’t buy it since i don’t have small bills told me they don’t accept 50s or 100s which A is technically illegal being a person in this society with only big bills and never having a problem anywhere this is frustrating i own to many company’s to know we can’t turn down any legal currency so take this as you read it if you have cash and u carry only 50 and 100 bills like me don’t go here

They ran out of hot coffee and refused to make a pot for us because it was 10 minutes til closing. It is 24 degrees out. We are not interested in iced coffee. You suck. We will never be back.

Went to Dunkin 11/21 @1120 amThe girl at the window got my coffee and food order wrong. I pull back around to let her know and she says we need to do a refund and reorder what we originally asked for. Fine no problem, we get to the window and after waiting five minutes she can’t figure out to refund the money because we used Apple Pay. After another five minutes she still can’t figure it out. I asked if she could just let me pay the difference and she said no . So I left with food I didn’t order and she said she couldn’t offer me what I asked for free. I asked for a manager and she said it’s not one duty so hopefully this message will get to the owner and this young lady be retrained.

I really REALLY used to love this Dunkin until management was very rude to me over a simple coffee and sandwich. I had even watched the manager drop an oven tray with utensils on the floor and then pick it up and use it to prepare my food I had JUST ordered! 🤮 I will NOT be coming back. I will be sticking to Starbucks from now on🤢

I visited this location for first time last weekend. I ordered a bagel with bacon, egg, cheese.
The sandwich had maybe 3 pieces of under cooked bacon on it. The drive thru is awkwardly set up too.
