Garofalo's Calabria Old World Italian Cuisine

So one day I went to a small tween chopped in my town and I met Ryan. He judge my food and he gave me a 59/60. Then he invited me to his food truck for a tour at green dragon. So we went there and he gave us a tour and Ryan really inspired me to work hard at food and that there is more to it that just a recipe. I had the food there and I was just struck by the food and the symphony. Greatest Pizza ever.And I say that I will be cooking galore.I felt just amazing and I felt like I could do this I could soar.The food was greatI hope I can soon relateI say that I will be back hungry for more

I stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Manheim Pa at 543 Champ Blvd a couple times a week. That's where they are located for now. Finally trying the food tonight I am blown away and stuffed. I had the stuffed manicotti with bolognese sauce, the margherita pizza and the zuppa dessert. Everything was great, better than great. It was amazing and Ryan is an awesome person to talk with as well. Whether you are travelling along Hwy 283 or live in the area, make sure to stop by and give this place a shot. You won't regret it.

Great Food & Great owners! Definitely recommend trying them out! I sampled their Potato & Cod Salad, Spaghetti, and the Stuffed Calamari also. Very good flavor in each dish!
