Popular with the community, great food, and phenomenal leadership. Currently accepting donations for shelters due to the winter storm. County superstars.
I stopped midway through my morning run just to have a cup of coffee on their porch. The coffee is always excellent and the crepes are always delicious.

I'm normally a coffee drinker, but today I order a chai tea with a slice of G & G's caramel apple crumb cake. Oh my word! Delicious doesn't describe it! That cake was positively decadent. Though it was a huge piece, I ate the whole thing and didn't share any of it! The chai was soothing on this cold, wintry day.
Thank you, Sierra, for choosing to operate your business in downtown Ephrata!

I ate here in December 2025 with my fiancee, and had the worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. The bagel was cold and untoasted (they only have plain bagels, which isn’t my preference but is fine), the bacon was practically raw, and the “American cheese” was a Kraft single white American slice that was not melted and also cold. I took a bite and threw it out. The person working the front also gave off the vibe like we were bothering her. I’m giving two stars because despite being $8, the iced latte I had was good.

Nice café with friendly staff. The food was good, prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was fine. Overall, a pleasant place to stop for a meal or coffee.

Poor service want food go somewhere else.
Very quaint and quiet place on Main street in what I think is downtown. Counter service and seat yourself, but everyone was friendly and pleasant. If you live here, or as I am, a traveler, this is a great place to stop in and eat!

Food was absolutely delicious! I had the gluten free crepe and you can't tell that it is gluten free! Taste just like a regular one! My chai latte was very delicious as well. My husband also loved his food! Definitely planning to be back and highly recommend!

I’d been meaning to try Griddle & Grind Cafe for a while, and finally stopped by today. I ordered a caramel latte which is a pretty standard drink, but unfortunately, it was one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had. The caramel tasted very artificial, the espresso was weak and barely noticeable, and the drink was overwhelmingly milky despite asking for extra ice. They use small nugget ice, which diluted the drink quickly and made it even more watery. I couldn’t make it past a few sips, and for nearly $10 with tip, it was a big letdown. That said, the cafe itself is cute and cozy, and the staff was very sweet too. While I won’t be coming back for the coffee, their food options might be worth a try next time. :(

WORTH IT! Nestled in a beautiful historic building, I was incredibly impressed with the sweet waffle eggs Benedict. A surprising perfect combination. Taste, texture, everything. I wish a Griddle & Grind was closer to my hometown!
