I'm so glad I found this restaurant and will certainly be back. Since I lived in Southeast Asia, I found many favorites on the menu. I had sushi roll for an appetizer and Pad Thai for the entree. The servers brought the food out looking so delicious.

Top tier restaurant in Ephrata! The food is always amazing, and the service is fast. Everyone is kind and attentive. My husband has been looking for good Thai food since we moved here a year ago, and this is the best he's found. Very glad we found Hills to Sea!

The food took forever to get out I know they were short staffed but she didn’t tell us till it was almost an hour waiting for our food . Not very good to be waiting that long

My husband got a caterpillar roll (eel, avocado, and cucumber) and a noodle dish (can't remember the name). Unfortunately i have yet to find a place that has gluten free eel sauce so I got the salmon crazy roll (minus crispy onions) and the Singapore noodles. Everything was fresh and delicious!! We will definitely be back, especially for those noodles.

Saw a bunch of posts in the take out and dining group about Hills To Sea in Ephrata so we gave it a try! You won't be disappointed. My husband and I came here on the recommendation of a family friend. We were not disappointed. First, the atmosphere is very nice. It's quiet with soothing music playing. It's not dark like some restaurants but the lighting is muted with natural elements. The menu is streamlined. There aren't too many things crowding each section. We chose General Tso Chicken. We ordered an eggroll appetizer and found out it was 4 medium sized rolls, perfect for sharing. They were crispy, not at all soggy. Our entrees were well proportioned and came with a side of white rice. The rice was good, but we also ordered a side of fried rice. The flavor of that rice was excellent. The places we used to go were serving bland, soggy/greasy food. This place was head and shoulders above the rest. This is a great date place. The service was also good. Good food, good atmosphere, good service.

The food is excellent! We had the basil stir fry with chicken and the garlic stir fry with tofu. We each also had their Burmese tea leaf salad which was soooo good, I will return for that salad alone! The restaurant is right next to a Redner's grocery store so it doesn’t look like much from the outside but it isnvery nice inside and the servers are very rice and personable. Just go, you will love it!

Such a great local place for Asian Fusion and Sushi. The food preparation is inspired and the owners are clearly present in management and operations. I love the pork fried dumplings. Give them a try. You’ll be pleased and add them to your rotation!
A gem for Thai food in Ephrata. The sushi is fresh and the Thai food is delicious💯. I’ve dined in and have gotten takeout on multiple occasions. Highly recommend this place!
