This is the 2nd time they messed up on my order first time there didn't give me my drink the 2nd time the chocolate chip cake call corporate they offered me a $5 dollar voucher for a $7.99 cake

This was a takeout order. When I got home. The rolls were hard. The chicken was hard. The mashed potatoes and gravy were lousy. Whatever happened to Kentucky Fried chicken food. I used to get hungry for this. No more. It will be another name to add to the” do not eat list” What a waste of my hard earned money and I got the whole meal deal too

Went there last night at 530 pm they were closed 5 cars were there. I called and no one answered the phone.this is not the first time. It should get better employees and managers. I tryed calling today no one answers the phone. Lost customers so sad

This week I went at eleven fifteen am. I waited 4 minutes and never saw an employee assist me. I went out and went to Subway. They treated me very well. The 5 stars go to Subway.
Good food. The chicken tenders were so good. They beat Popeyes hands down. Great caring service.

Food was horrible! Chicken was mushy and not fully cooked, potatoes tasted sour my daughter gagged on her saucy nuggets worse meal I've almost ate I threw it away after just 3 bites what a waste of money. I should have known better to order food when I walked in and seen that the restaurant looked like it was falling apart and a rotten egg smell throughout the restaurant. Then as we were waiting to receive our food my children went to sit down and seen bugs crawling all over the back wall. This place should shut down asap!!!! I'm not from Ephrata I was just passing through but best believe i will never stop there again !!! I wish I could give 0 stars cause I would

Lived here over 20 yrs, love KFC food but the Ephrata Store is pathetic! They can never manage a busy night and 9 out of 10 times they are out of chicken then they close early! We literally stopped going for two years because of these predicable shanagans!! We go back tonight, they are closing early, ran out of chicken. Hope you pay your staff by the hr so they are compelled to stay at work rather that plan a chicken shortage and if it is true where are the skills of the ordering staff to project how much is needed to get thru a busy Friday night. By the way put a sign on the drive thru so my hubby didn’t wait 10 mins at one it to tell him your closed. I MEAN DOES ANYONE CARE?
