On our drive home to Brooklyn from Pittsburgh we had a craving for fried chicken. The map said this was the closest KFC to our location. It was after 1pm on Easter Sunday and there were no other customers inside, but we went in and ordered our simple Original recipe with mashed potatoes, gravy and cole slaw.The food was hot and fresh, and it turned out to be the juiciest and most flavorful we have had in years. Turned out to be a great choice for a really wonderful meal.

Just paid $70 for 2 meals and 8pc drumsticks, did not get my order right added mayo to my sandwich that I said not to and asked extra mayo on the one and had a normal portion. Sandwich’s were barely warm and drinks are flat. Fry’s are cold. This place needs a new manager and employee or just shut down. Do not go here rip off of food and money. Was the only customer there so should have took a hint that the place is not the place to go

Showed up at noon on 2/10/24. Door was locked. Worker sitting at table eating and playing on phone. Stared at us through window and made hand jesters to either drive around or go in drive thru. Did not come to door or talk to us like a human being. Will call corporate on this location because this store needs to either be staffed or shut down!

I went to this store before work I wanted chicken tenders he only had 2 n I'd have to wait over 5 mins for fresh. So I ordered a 3 piece chicken with biscuits n side of French fries honey mustang for dipping. Got up to the window. He didn't have honey mustard got ranch n kfc sauce. My receipt wasn't in the bag. On my way to work tried eatting the fries n they were dried out hard crunchy like the fries have been there since they opened the store. My chicken was dry n they looked like the same as the fries the meat have shrank for sitting there for so long there was barely an meat on them. My biscuits were so hard I tried to break it hitting it against my car n nothey broke. I was at work for 30 mins n had to run to the bathroom n throw up everything. I only gave 1 Star cuz I had to. I wouldn't give them anything. The worst is I tried to call the store to report it n the phone just rings rings n rings.
I ordered a three piece meal with fries. The chicken was soggy, the fries so salty they bordered on inedible. So disappointing.

Stopped in at 5pm to get a 8 piece meal for family supper to be told that they have no chicken breast ready. This was not the first time I’ve been told this but it will be the last. This place is in bad need of better management and quality control.
I'd rather drag my haunches through a field of broken glass then come here again ?, their fries were as cold as mold and there was no napkins in the bag so there was sauce everywhere and nothing that could be done about it ?, The store was shut down for renovations and they had one employee inside doing all the work. what kind of a business ethic is that ????

This place just needs to shut down. It's a shame that you can't get good service anymore. Every time we order from this place they never have something on the menu or they say they are about to close. The hours say 9pm it was literally 7:30pm.Once again this place is horrible a whole year later they still didn't get their act together. I go to pick up an order for door dash as I pulled up everything is dark, but lights are on inside. Doors were locked, no one answered through the drive thru, no one in sight. I had to call the person who ordered and tell them they were closed. She was so confused cause they took her money. I'm sure door dash will refund her back. They just need to sell this place period.

I had a "quick pick up" order for 10:45am that I placed online. Online, you pick whatever dipping sauces you want. In the store, they only get receive one choice on their end. Then, I'm at the store at 10:48. A guy is mopping, sees me, but doesn't say anything. I stand there for another few minutes, nothing. So I yell hello, then someone pops out and says she'll be with me in a minute. Once she comes up to the front, I tell her I had a pick up order that was already late. She looks queasy and looks right at the register where my order is apparently sitting. Then she slowly prepares it, because she had to drop the fries! She was really nice, but very slow. When I got home, the coleslaw tasted as if it had been left out or something, because it wasn't "wet" but thick and weird and had a funny taste. I've complained about this store before, and no matter how long the time span is between visits (well over a year now) and the service still isn't great and the food isn't. Granted, the chicken (original receipie) was salty, though very tender, as were the nuggets. Going to have to go to the KFC farther away. Again!

My favorite food is KFC! I'm so grateful there are atleast 2 places we can get this delicious chicken! My grandfather is 102 yrs old & lives in Ephrata. He's an extremely picky eater, but his favorite is KFC also. When we take supper to him , we just stop here. It's something he can chew easily also. Wish there were more of your restaurants in the area...thanks !Dietary restrictions: Easy to eat for my dear 102 yr.old grandfather!

I give it one Star. The chicken tasted old and the mashed potatoes had no taste. I told the employee at the register for offers and didn't tell me about none and I was leaving I saw they had a sign with a offer but he didn't tell me about it. The only thing that was good was the biscuit it was soft.
