Placed a mobile order on the app while I was already sitting in the dining area. The entire dining area was filled with obnoxious kids screaming at the top of their lungs. So annoying, and as far as the food, well it just sucked. Wait time for one McChicken and a large drink was 14 minutes!! Probably would have been longer had I not stood at the counter for 5 minutes. When asked about the wait time the person "in charge" turned right around and bagged my order. Angry, I said and it was there the whole time and probably cold. Her response was not sorry, but it was on the hot plate so it's fine. It sat on the hot plate so long that the side of the sandwich that was on the hot plate was burnt. Staff here sucks. Food here sucks. Service here sucks. Atmosphere here sucks!!

Parking: Just got to the McDonald's on the other side of town. This one is absolutely horrific.

Food ordered at 700, takes until 718 to receive food, 18 minutes. Literally no idea what they're doing on an operations or management level. Pulled up with an empty driveway and by the time order was received, was 9 vehicles behind me. What were they doing for 18 minutes? It doesn't take that long when there isn't a queue in line. I could realistically see it taking 30 minutes or longer with a line.
Totally mismanaged location with employees that clearly don't want to be there and don't belong in food service. Corporate needs to wipe the entire location, fire all the staff and management and start over.

Go to the McDonald's across town! At this location they always mess up my orders. I always always get my burgers without onions or pickles, and every time the teens working do the opposite of what they are paid to do. I pay to not have onions and pickles on my food and they always put them on. Some may say to just pick them off. To that I say am I to get rid of the condiments they mixed them into as well? Save time go to the one on the other side of town this one is 🗑. This is not my opinion either, my brother and sister actively avoid this location for this same reason.

Service sucks, they left caramel all over my drink and didn’t even attempt to wipe it off it made my hands all sticky. The employees were bitchy and miserable. They are always giving attitude towards customers and being disrespectful towards customers. I don’t appreciate it one bit.

Ordered a large double quarter pounder with cheese meal. The large fries were only half full and the large sprite was all just seltzer water! Very disappointed!
I don't know why the hell I get asked what sauce I want just to not get it. The orders are always wrong and need to be corrected. The dude that brings the food out is honestly the best worker there.

Food was barely warm n it was not a busy time, some food was not in wraps very well. The line to pull around has you stuck that you can't leave if your food is ready. Really bad set up. Was there last week with a grandchild. Food again was cold n terrible. You can't get anyone's attention behind counter to assist you.
