If youre doing drive thru, don't go in the evening. Incompetent workers will tell you to pull around with a small order via mobile app, but someone who orders at the place gets food then and there.
Plus if you say anything about how dumb that rule is, they will "forget" about your order.

Tonight you were out of sprite AND sweet n sour sauce. Just letting you know I’d be completely obliterated as a small business for this kind of shenanigans. I understand you’ll get away with it as a big chain. I will continue to support McDonald’s because I love fast food occasionally. But just wanted folks to know, major chains mess up too. So don’t hate. Xo
