This is an average American-Chinese restaurant. It's the same menu that a thousand other strip mall Chinese restaurants have. The food is adequate, the price is shockingly low, and the building is run down.The ceiling is gray from vents that haven't been cleaned in 10 years, there's a handwritten sign on one of the tables telling you not to sit there because it's broken, the curtains have never been washed since they were hung a decade ago.The teenaged child of the owners is running the counter, while one of their older relatives cooks in the galley kitchen.If the restaurant was scrubbed from top to bottom I would eat here regularly, as it is, I won't come back unless I'm stranded in the parking lot around lunch time.If they simplified their menu they could probably raise their profit margin enough to start putting money back into the restaurant. But I am not a financial advisor.

Ordered online at 6pm, website said a 15 minute wait. After ordering I immediately got an email saying the updated estimate was 30 minutes. No big deal. Showed up at the restaurant and waited an hour before finally asking what was up with the order. The girl behind the counter asked me several times the name on the order and looked it up a few places before admitting they never even started it. I walked out and will never order from them again. No apologies, and absolutely awful communication.

Ordered takeout and was told 30 min. We showed up at our 30 min mark and was told it wasn’t ready yet. Ok no problem. At the hour mark they had bent even started making our food and refused to give a refund. They where focused on filling DoorDash orders that came in after our order (we asked the door dashers) so if you want to eat here apparently you have to order through a third party to get your food in a remotely reasonable timeframe…it’s been over 1.5 hours and they still haven’t given our food nor a refund or an ETA.

This place is a little bit further away from my apartment, but we always get the lunch specials when I order from here. I think the portions are slightly bigger than Wok, but I will say, this is a better option than the McDonalds there. The staff there are very friendly as well and they don't charge for delivery. The food is also amazing, slightly better than Wok, but it's still a great place. I would recommend both depending on where you are at during the day.

Very small amount of food. Not worth the money I paid. Way more broccoli than chicken. The chicken was thin and fatty and barely required chewing. No flavor. Very bland. Will not return.

I usually pick up my orders from this place and it's one of the nicest place to order Chinese takeout in Ephrata. I dine in sometimes for a quick lunch during my lunch break from work and they have a pretty big dining area and this place looks neat and clean. I've always been getting food from them every week. Everything here is great so far! Especially the general tso's chicken i really like the sauce!
Ordered boneless rib platter and orange chicken platter. Meat in rib platter was very dry. It was like chewing on a leather belt. Crust of chicken was very hard. Could of broken a tooth if continued to eat. Took food back requested money back was told nothing was wrong with food. Argued with young girl until finally an older man retuned my money. Very dissapointed with the customer servive and food. Had been there many times previously for 3 years. Will not return.

Ordered my take out order, Curry chicken and asked to have it made without sugar and cornstarch, same as always. Said OK.But when I got back to the office, I discovered that they made it WITH sugar and cornstarch.I called and explained that being a diabetic , sugar and cornstarch is not much better than feeding me poison and I explained that I had to throw it away.Owners response was "OK" and hung up on me.Don't expect to see me or my employees there anytime soon.Can't even calculate what your terrible attitude is going to cost you.

would give 0 if i could. ordered a beef chow fun, 2 egg rolls and an egg drop soup. absolutely nothing tasted good in my order. the crispy noodles were more than stale, the soup was just water, and they put a weird sweet orangey sauce in the beef chow fun. doesn't taste like any soy sauce. it's incredibly dry gets stuck down your throat if you're not careful.. i will say the beef at least tastes fresh. the egg rolls are ok. lots of vegetable and they're very crunchy. i very politely asked for a remake or refund over the phone, even apologizing for having to ask, and after lots of yelling in their background the little girl on the phone told me in such a rude way that i couldn't get my dish remade or have a refund. i tried to argue as politely i could knowing she's a kid, so i just gave up. so sad her guardian/ the chef couldn't handle a customer complaint. PLEAASE don't waste your money here!!! i had to just throw everything away, ($16 down the drain) nobody in my house wanted to eat it. go to CHINA TASTE on E Main St for the best Chinese food in town. i only ordered here because China Taste is closed on tuesdays..
