my wife and I discussed todays meal on the way home. pancakes can be improved with more fluff and fruit inside pancakes. very small compared to any diner in lancaster. anerexic fried chicken as wife called it. please understand that dutch aligned food in lancaster county sets a high standard. this is the second time I was not pleased enough with the food. The service and atmosphere are great. but food can use improvement. reviews may have a value.

One of the best breakfast spots around. Can get busy on the weekends, but well worth the wait. We’ve had great dinners there as well.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options
Parking: Outdoor seating while you wait for your seating to be available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Front entrance is not wheelchair accessible. There are three steps that have to be maneuvered to get into the restaurant from the front. I’m not aware of a side entrance option.

The quiche and home fries had absolutely no flavor at all!!! So disappointed ☹️. Very small place. Waitress was very nice and friendly! Will not be back as how can you mess up home fries or quiche… sad

Disorganized and disheveled from the second we stepped in… food wasn’t too bad, but certainly not worth the price at all. Bathrooms were a mess (and you know what they say about that).
Too many other great breakfast places in the area, and the 3% added on for credit card use without prior notification (which only came when the check was present) was just icing on the metaphoric mediocre cake. Wouldn’t recommend.

Yall have a 4.6 rating out of 1400 reviews. After our visit, not sure what anyone could be unhappy about. My wife got what she described as the best crapes she has ever eaten. The woman is picky!!! Your people were awesome. Your food was above and beyond good, fresh, and hot.
1 complaint.........add onto that building, because yall could triple in size and still be packed.
My wife's sister lives in the area, so we will be seeking this place out when we return twice next year. Kudos to your entire team!

Our first time here, and we were excited. It's always packed. We ordered our breakfast and some pancakes to go, and it took forever to get our order, which ended up being cold, both orders. They brought the pancakes as well that were steaming hot. The waitress never came back to refill my coffee or ask how everything was. We would have sent the cold meals back... We think they made out meals and forgot about the pancakes, and our meals sat there while they made the pancakes. We won't be in a hurry to go back, unfortunately. We're new to the area and looking for our go to spots.

I have gotten good food here before at the pancake farm, however I just ate there biscuits and gravy and it was frankly awful. There was just a hint of sausage throughout and the gravy lacked all seasoning and simply tasted like raw flour. There were even lumps of flour in the gravy which is inexcusable. The texture was viscous and thick as well. The roux could perhaps be darkened to provide a more rich flavor but needs at least be thoroughly homogenized to prevent lumps. The dish needs a great deal more sausage, preferably that's been browned to provide flavor, and prevent the chewy texture the sausage currently has. Adding some basic seasonings such as white pepper, garlic powder, and salt would go a long way as well. Adding some fresh chopped chives would also cut through the richness of the dish. At the very least the gravy needs thinned out, seasoned with salt and pepper with no lumps.
