This is normally my go-to for pizza. Apparently they've stopped delivering? I can't seem to order delivery anymore. This is bad for them, because the location is dirty inside and out every time I've been there. Quick to pick-up, thankfully.

Don't trust the time it takes to prepare an order.. we order 3 pizzas and time said 20 min. It was not ready for 45 min!
Is it just me or has Papa Johns really changed their crust? Last two times I ordered from them, the crust was thin and greasy and really floppy. I was hoping it was a one off, but after having the same results again, I think I will stick with another pizza place from now on.

If you want to waste your time, then go ahead. 20 minutes after my online order I arrived to pick up my pizza, I drove for 15 minutes, when I arrived they told me that my pizza was not cooked because I have some wrong name, although I have been ordering from this account for more than 2 years. I was asked to wait 10-15 minutes until they start preparing my order. They ruined the mood and showed disrespect to the customer, wasting my time
