I try not to complain too much but this was not a great experience. The price was outrageous considering I got a large pizza and "boneless wings" delivered with a $5 tip for $40. $40 is a little steep for pizza and wings from Papa Johns. Also, there was a $5 delivery fee on top of my $5 tip. And the boneless wings were basically chicken nuggets tossed in very little sauce. Wont be coming here anymore considering I can get a large pizza and bread stick from the competition delivered for $25.

The worst Papa John's I've ever had! Under cooked, very very salty and greasy, the veggies weren't even cooked on the pizza, the cheese in the crust wasn't even melted?!?! There's way to many other pizza place to pay top dollar for this crap.

This was the worst pizza I have ever ordered. I placed a pickup order at 5:30 PM, expecting it to be ready by 6:45 PM. When I arrived, they told me they had never seen my order and asked me to come back in another hour. After returning an hour later, I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes—only to get home and find the pizza overcooked and thinner than cardboard. This completely ruined the heart-shaped pizza experience for my kids. I will never order from Papa John’s again. Absolutely disrespectful and terrible service.

I ordered take out from here, and they said it would be 30 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later and was told it would be an additional 45 minutes. I understand being busy, but the app and everything else still said that it would be ready when I arrived! Pretty annoying to drive 15 minutes to find out my food is no where near ready.

I think the food is getting worst we ordered the Ultimate pepperoni pizza and there was spots with no crust and for a hand made pizza it was out of shape for the amount of workers and less busy they were I was not impressed with my order

Pretty disappointed. Gluten-free pizza had very little cheese and it was burnt. Something needs to make up for the fact that it's gluten-free and in my book, that's the cheese.Also, do not like that when you order it takes you to a call center with a telemarketer with broken English. Just let me call my local papa John's. Why have a third party involved? We had a coupon but probably will not be ordering again from here anytime soon.

They screwed up my order and had to recook it. But instead of telling me this they kept stringing me along saying "it's in the oven, just 5 more minutes." So i sat there like a clown for an extra 20 minutes waiting for the pizza to finish. When I paid I asked why they gave me a discount and the girl lied to my face saying the original price was "too expensive" rather than saying they messed up my order. Eventually I had to confront them after waiting so long and eventually got the truth. Very weird experience. Back to Dominos it is.
