Is it just me or has Papa Johns really changed their crust? Last two times I ordered from them, the crust was thin and greasy and really floppy. I was hoping it was a one off, but after having the same results again, I think I will stick with another pizza place from now on.

If you want to waste your time, then go ahead. 20 minutes after my online order I arrived to pick up my pizza, I drove for 15 minutes, when I arrived they told me that my pizza was not cooked because I have some wrong name, although I have been ordering from this account for more than 2 years. I was asked to wait 10-15 minutes until they start preparing my order. They ruined the mood and showed disrespect to the customer, wasting my time

I try not to complain too much but this was not a great experience. The price was outrageous considering I got a large pizza and "boneless wings" delivered with a $5 tip for $40. $40 is a little steep for pizza and wings from Papa Johns. Also, there was a $5 delivery fee on top of my $5 tip. And the boneless wings were basically chicken nuggets tossed in very little sauce. Wont be coming here anymore considering I can get a large pizza and bread stick from the competition delivered for $25.

The worst Papa John's I've ever had! Under cooked, very very salty and greasy, the veggies weren't even cooked on the pizza, the cheese in the crust wasn't even melted?!?! There's way to many other pizza place to pay top dollar for this crap.

This was the worst pizza I have ever ordered. I placed a pickup order at 5:30 PM, expecting it to be ready by 6:45 PM. When I arrived, they told me they had never seen my order and asked me to come back in another hour. After returning an hour later, I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes—only to get home and find the pizza overcooked and thinner than cardboard. This completely ruined the heart-shaped pizza experience for my kids. I will never order from Papa John’s again. Absolutely disrespectful and terrible service.

I think the food is getting worst we ordered the Ultimate pepperoni pizza and there was spots with no crust and for a hand made pizza it was out of shape for the amount of workers and less busy they were I was not impressed with my order
