The last 3 times I have ordered pizza from this pizza hut, my order has been wrong. They make you pay $1 extra for pan pizza, and all 3 times I did...yet they gave me regular or flat bread pizza. I gave the benefit of the doubt the last 2 times. But this last time they not only didnt get the crust right, AGAIN, they also didn't put on the toppings that I ordered. I will never order from this location again, and id advise you to save your money and buy elsewhere
We went to Pizza Hut in Ephrata today for lunch. first of all, there are no waiters or waitresses and no menus. The man working could be seen not wearing gloves when he was making pizza. After ordering he asked if we wanted plates and utensils. umm, no I prefer to eat off the table. Only after ordering and paying, because you have to pay before the end of your meal like at a regular restaurant, did we see a sign in the window (facing away from where we parked) stating on Tuesdays...read full review
