I grew up on Pizza Hut so I was excited to move back to a place with one. They have had their share of difficulty in keeping the business running which is unfortunate. I used to come here in the late 90's and it was hopping. This is not the case now. Food is good and I will continue to support when I can just to try to help keep it alive for my kids.

This pizza hut is closed. I came here with my kids to get their book-it certificates and it was creepy and abandoned. We came back once more just to make sure, but same thing. Too bad they didn't have the courtesy to post that information. We had to go to new holland to get the children's rewards.

The manager at this location is terrible. She is rude and disrespectful to her staff. She screamed at a young employee while I was standing there waiting for my food. Can you imagine what she does when no one is around. She needs fired immediately!

Put in an order by phone, told them what tip to put on the card. Pizza is delivered, we see the receipt and there's no tip. We feel bad so we call to try and figure out who delivered it so we can get a tip to them. They basically tell me "I don't know, we use Door Dash, you can ask them?" I ask for some sort of reference number I can get in touch with Door Dash. The guy "can't find" our order because it was put in "almost two hours ago". Yeah, I'm sure the record keeping is that poor. What a joke. I feel bad for the guy who delivered, because I assumed he was an employee, but apparently Pizza Hut couldn't care less about how the deliveries are handled. Not to mention, if they're outsourcing the deliveries- why was there no seal on the box? What a joke.

Dough was undercooked and soggy, the Alfredo chicken pasta was cooked to the point it was dry, and the chicken was literally SHARP because it was cooked so hard. Don't bother ?

The man taking our order was very friendly and helpful. We paid almost $70 for 2 pizzas, 2 orders of breadsticks and drinks. The pizza comes out in boxes and breadsticks were in bags. We weren't given any cutlery and they only had paper plates. The pizza was not as good as it used to be. The breadsticks came in one piece and we weren't given anything to cut them. There were old pieces of pepperoni on the floor of the dining room.
I don't understand why y'all don't restore this place back to its full 1980's/90's glory. Checked tablecloths, red cups, full-service, eat-in, waitress and waiters serve the food in the cast iron pans. I know sooo many people that would patronize a nostalgic Pizza Hut. You guys would make a killing! Just a thought...?

This place really deserves a zero star. I came in today at 9:30am since that was the opening time when I went online. We got inside and no one was there in the front desk. We waited for 10 minutes and one of the lady came out from the back and started yelling at us saying that they are not open until 10:00am. She said she didn’t care and yelled at us telling us to leave! She could have said in a nicer way/ton BUT no she decided to yelled at US! What kind of customer service is this?! Also changed your opening time online to 10:00am NOT 9:30am! This lady has no patience towards her customers! Never coming back again!

Overall, this is a pretty decent Pizza Hut. It's sad to see how things have been downgraded since covid shut everything down, but I get it, and it isn't their fault. They're still kickin though. Food is normally hot and fresh. Employees are friendly. I just wish it were possible to have that overall nostalgic Pizza Hut dine-in experience. Dine in is possible, and they have that back section where a group can gather and play magic while enjoying dinner. Not quite the same, but I'm glad they're still around!

Placed a delivery order for a colleague of mine at work. Notifications were extremely accurate. I was able to notify my colleague when the food arrived at his place of work.
The guy that answered the phone and took my order wouldn't let me talk,he kept talking over me before I can finish what I was saying, he try to rush me through the process of asking me what I want,before I finish what I was say,even after my order was completed he rushed his goodbye unprofessionaly,I will never order there again because now I don't trust this place with people like him working there, the counter girl was professional and nice,unlike the man who took my order,if you want to know who he was he had very noticeable accent.. I got home and I don't even like the pizza so it a big waste of my time and money
