I ordered this for my wife.Was pizza seriously lacking. They couldn't even cut it right. Bread were awful period. Service person seemed to have garbage attitude. This was my first time and last time here.

Driving past the other day and saw the sign posted in the window that a Lg pan pizza was 12.99. Found on line that this location offered diner in, expected a ‘normal’ dinning in experience. You are able to sit in the building, but don’t be fooled into thinking this is a fine in restaurant… it isn’t. You order at the counter, they will deliver your food…. But in take home boxes/containers. Got no plates, napkins, cutlery. My husband ordered the pizza…. knowing the sign in the window said 12.99. He paid while I wiped a table clean, since the vast majority were dirty from previous customers. When I saw the bill we were charged double the cost for our pizza! When I asked on our way out to have our bill adjusted to reflect the advertised price. I was told you have to ask for that price/have a coupon. No where on the sign does it say anything about needing a coupon or asking to get the price they are advertising!! Staff refused to void out and then re-ring us up with the correct price. Really poor customer service!!!!!

I feel so bad for the employees working in a place with broken air conditioning. But with that being said they grossly undercooked my meat lovers pizza. The dough was inedible and it's not busy at all in there so I am a little uncertain as to why the few orders they get are coming out undercooked

Great food nice service and people! I will say 1.05 for an extra dipping marinara sauce is wild. Also was like 110 degrees inside someone needs to fix the air conditioner ( lol love I can still eat inside like old days) will be back!

We ordered online and they forgot the hot wings, no big deal right? That’s what we thought until I called and got put on hold for 25 minutes! The problem is that they aren’t usually busy so there should be no reason to be put on hold for that long. They wouldn’t answer me so my dad called and he started telling them that they forgot the wings. I don’t really remember exactly but then the guy who picked up then said something along the lines of “You don’t know how many problems we have going on right now.” And then HUNG UP! After that we both called back until somebody finally took me off of hold and said they would deliver our wings. I don’t know who picked up the phone but she said she would deliver us 16 wings instead of 8 wings as we originally ordered. Whatever girl that answered the phone from 7:10 - 7:20 on Friday, July 25th, 2025 deserves a raise. The food was very good which is why I give this review a 2 star instead of a 1 star, but say the food sucked I would give this a 0 if possible.

Literally it's fast food pre made pizza items, assembled to order, then ( poorly) baked. How do you make and send out such sloppy product? Don't bother trying to speak to the restaurant manager about it, she is one of those types that never makes a mistake and must have missed the first day of customer service school. I will not spend any of my money here, I would suggest to everyone reading this that you try a local pizza shop or just get Papa John's

I ordered a medium pizza.It looked like a small.i wanted sausage and onion.The pizza barely had any toppings on it. And the taste was ok.The last time I ordered a pizza ,it taste great and it was at a special price.Another place no constancy.
I won’t be back till they get new manger the female manger there is very rude and very disrespectful towards her employees and customers .. after grand re opening she was straight up yelling at her employees on top of her lungs . Then today went to go pick up food she was very rude to us made a smart ass comment to customer just sitting there. I will not return to this establishment till she is gone!

I was a doordash driver and the workers were incredibly patient with the huge order they had to make. The manager even had extra pizza bags and let me keep them for the food to stay hot,and helped me carry everything to my car.

We went to Pizza Hut in Ephrata today for lunch. first of all, there are no waiters or waitresses and no menus. The man working could be seen not wearing gloves when he was making pizza. After ordering he asked if we wanted plates and utensils. umm, no I prefer to eat off the table. Only after ordering and paying, because you have to pay before the end of your meal like at a regular restaurant, did we see a sign in the window (facing away from where we parked) stating on Tuesdays it is buy 1 large get 1 free. We asked if we can have this honored since the man who rang it up didn't mention it to us. We were told no because we got a large and a medium. I tried to explain that taking off the cost of the medium plain cheese would actually save Pizza Hut money. we would have made it a large cheese if we would have known. Manager told us she can do this then proceeded to rip the receipt out of my hand. After an extended amount of time, the man came out with another cheese pizza and told us it was on the house. We said we don't want another pizza, we had enough left overs as it was. We wanted to deal honored. The manager then said she can't do it now. I can see why Pizza Huts are closing. Never coming back to this one.
