This place is closed so I can't really give a good rating for being closed LOL
On 10/27/25 around 5:30 pm the store was closed, signs said open till 8:00. This is the third time this has happened, Management needs to make sure workers are onsite and the store is open. Just remember Tasty Freeze is just down the road.
Creamiest ice cream you will ever find!
Didn't have a lot of options to pair with chocolate compared to other Rita's but service was great
One blonde girl working on a Saturday night? Crappiest Gelati yet. Is there a custard shortage or little girls can't serve?
Enjoyed the Italian ice and Gelato. Picnic are to enjoy outside eating

The ice itself is fantastic, just can't give the ephrata Rita's 5 stars because the vibes are bad. They need some music playing or something to bring a little life to the place. Customer service was excellent 👌
I’ve been reading these reviews and the people just simply don’t understand that the flavors change everyday and run out sometimes. Ritas can’t guarantee the flavor you want will be there. Treat the workers will respect and maybe they will be nice back.

2:40pm on a Tuesday and Noones here. A white benz in the employee parking spot but not a sign of life in the store. You lost at least 3 sales while we were there.
The sign on the wall says closes at 10, google says 10 as well. I get there at 8:50 with my family from out of state and everything was already pretty much closed. I ordered a gelati and she kept double checking I wanted custard because she didn’t seem to want to use the machine. Got my gelati and literally. NO CUSTARD LAYERS like it’s supposed to have. My daughter the same.
The workers could be a little friendlier.

Half the flavors there used to be, strawberry watermelon was not good. Wish you just had strawberry
