Scratch bakes has coffee and desserts, along with a beautiful seating space. It’s a good spot to come in the afternoon for a social meeting or a relaxing place to work. Acoustically it is a little echoey, but there is music that helps it from having a dead silence.

5 star service. The other evening the lady went above and beyond for us, and made me the most amazing maple shaken espresso with sweet cold foam, even tho' they were soon closing!! Super friendly! This pic is from today. I ordered the Main Street Morning. Was amazing!!!! Thank you!

First thing, if facial piercing on people serving you food is bothersome don't go here. Tin Roof is much better. Breakfast was cold. Garnish fruit was days old. Worst part is no refill on coffee. Don't tip until you leave, my experience may have been just a bad day.

I love it here! The food is so delicious. They are the first cafe, EVER, that has actually put a chai tea bag in my hot chai latte. IT'S SO YUMMY! They are always super friendly and welcoming.

Decided to try out this place with friends, and we all loved our drinks!! It tastes like the real deal!🤤 The only downfall is that we wanted to stop in again before heading out of town, but they only open at 8. Will definitely be visiting this café whenever I'm in the area!

I have always enjoyed stopping by after riding bike on the Rail Trail but I recently ordered cupcakes and cookies for a party and they were absolutely delicious, they were ready at the designated time and I was even a little early picking them up. Thanks so much I will be ordering again!
We love the food, we like the folks, the atmosphere could be terrific, but Scratch Bakes is badly in need of a thorough scrubbin' and a fresh coat of paint...you need look no further than the push plate on the entrance door --- then look at the grime on the chairs in the dining area --- the bathroom?--- yuk. Not at all appropriate for an establishment that prepares and serves food.

We had two wonderful experiences with Scratch Bakes! First, they were our wedding cake/cupcake baker and they were absolutely excellent! Our guests were more than happy with the variety, quality and cuteness of the cupcakes. Second, my bridal party, sisters-in-law, mother-in-law and mother got lunch there the day before the wedding, and the food, service and vibe were also excellent. I've picked up cupcakes several times, last minute, without pre-ordering. They've always had a great selection and I leave with more than I intended on buying. Everything looks so good!! I'm always greeted as soon as I walk in and waited on by very friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend stopping in and checking out this gem!!!
