My husband went to buy food for the kiddos tonight. There were mistakes on the order by staff which is understandable. We didn’t realize until we got home and ran back with the receipt. We tried to call but the phone is apparently disconnected so the Kids stayed home to eat and my husband went back. The gentleman asked my husband why he didn’t bring the food back and was just rude with the whole process. They made a mistake on my husbands sandwich but in return… he got a coupon for a free medium drink….i know you work fast food but if your lack of customer service is going to be this bad because you’re unhappy with your job. You might want to reconsider working somewhere else. Customer service is everything. I’d return to a place with good customer service with okay food. I won’t return to terrible customer service and amazing food.

I just wish they did mobile ordering. It would make ordering easier and faster. The closed one you do that with is in Harrisburg crazy. They need update in there system. Other wise I love sonic food and cherry

I grew up on Sonic in Texas and I'm glad they're spreading. This was the 1st one in the northeast that reminded me of home. Really good fast-food - best tater tots anywhere and the pickle chips were amazing! Could not believe they were so crispy and the batter was so good.

Grilled cheese and tater tots weren't done very well but the chicken slider was good . The bacon ranch double grilled cheese wasn't advertised so I forgot about that . Shake was good . Their burgers have always been good so next time...
