I have tried multiple times to give them a chance because the very first pizza I got over the summer was great. I have ordered multiple times since and the order is usually wrong. Not to mention the food after that initially great pizza is awful at best. I don’t really want to give a bad review but I have spent hundreds of dollars in hopes it would get better, but tonight’s order was so bad I feel like I was ripped off. The large Sicilian I ordered was cold and undercooked and tasteless, the steak and cheese Stromboli had so much onion in it you would’ve thought they just shoved three or four onions inside of it, and the plain cheese pizza I ordered was tasteless and cold. As much as I don’t want to write this, I have to give it one star and I hope people would see this is a warning to be careful when they order from here. Maybe they should go back to how they were making food over the summer. Sorry.

Horrible service Some kid at the counter got our order all wrong Got home to find we have a totally different sandwich Call and he Asks what he can do We say deliver out sandwich and we will return the wrong one He agrees then calls back 10 minutes later to say his driver won’t deliver to us This is the worst food establishment ever Are people seriously this incompetent Will never go there again

We had dinner here for the first time last evening. We ordered wraps, wings and tenders plus loaded fries. The food was SO GOOD. Their online ordering system for pick up in so easy and user friendly too.
Kid-friendliness: They have a really good selection of kids meal options that are inexpensive and smaller portions for little ones.

I’ve only ever ordered out from here but the food is amazing. Everything I try I love. Margarita pizza perfect. Simple burger perfect. Chicken Caesar salad perfect. Crab fries perfect. Fried pickles perfect. I can’t remember everything I ordered and the only issue I ever had was with Italian subs and provolone was too strong. Called and they made it right. No argument. Also the one delivery driver Chris is amazing and so nice.

So so good! We absolutely love this pizza shop, they never miss! We had a big order, 2 large pizzas, 2 fried apps, 3 hot subs, crabby fries. Under $100 (before fees/tip) and they delivered it to my door in about 30 minutes. Out of town family was very impressed by speed and quality of food! Always recommended

Great food, great service, good atmosphere! Hands down best pizza in Ephrata. Skip the chain places and spend your money at this family owned restaurant. Can’t go wrong with the Grandma Pizza, but it’s all delicious. Want a hoagie? This is the spot! It all starts with a great roll, and the crusty seeded rolls here are unmatched in Lancaster County!
