An adorable cafe nestled on the Main Street in Ephrata, the Printed Plate surpassed our expectations for a recent Saturday lunch. The place is warm and bright with a very homey feel; decorated with a nod to its former function as a printing press. We were lucky enough to meet the owner, who is also the chef. Amazing! I had the Bacon Blue burger and hubby had the Pepper Jack burger. We both had the French fries with their house made spicy garlic ketchup. The food was out of this world! Super fresh ingredients. Highly recommend. We're going to try the grilled sandwiches when we return.
