So we get there as a family of 8 for a late dinner after traveling all day. We had a family emergency to where it was life or death and we had to call 911 not one person behind the bar knew the address of their location. 911 had to ping my phone. Then the staff was complaining on how we were being rude and complaining because they didn’t know their address. Now our waiter god love him had no idea what was going on. When he came out he was so helpful and made it clear without us asking he knew the address. I can’t remember his name but he was amazing ! Next we got our drinks and some of the appetizers. They actually chased us down to pay the bill and fill out forms for them. I filled out their form and didn’t give them the info they wanted because it was not their business. They couldn’t help us I sure wasn’t helping them. I’m not saying we should have gotten a free meal but maybe a hey stop back in later or tomorrow and make things right not chase us while getting in the ambulance. Needless to say our family member is still in the icu in that town and we haven’t went back !

Food wasn’t bad first time my husband did t complain about going to Applebees. Unfortunately it was the after experience that bothers me I lost money either in or out in the parking lots asked manager to look at camera and got no help it was all the money we had to our name. So a week later I hope whoever ended up with my crown royal bag with the money in it needed it more than us. He’s on retirement and I lost my job the next day. Very disappointed about management not wanting to help to see if it was left there.

Don't order from this restaurant through uber eats. They messed up the order that had specific instructions and then told me to contact uber eats. They prepare the food and take the order but told me to contact the third party for the messed up order.
