Food wasn’t bad first time my husband did t complain about going to Applebees. Unfortunately it was the after experience that bothers me I lost money either in or out in the parking lots asked manager to look at camera and got no help it was all the money we had to our name. So a week later I hope whoever ended up with my crown royal bag with the money in it needed it more than us. He’s on retirement and I lost my job the next day. Very disappointed about management not wanting to help to see if it was left there.

Don't order from this restaurant through uber eats. They messed up the order that had specific instructions and then told me to contact uber eats. They prepare the food and take the order but told me to contact the third party for the messed up order.
I came to pick up an online order for myself as I walked in. I was directed to the pick up station and nobody was there to ask me the name I’m picking up for. Stood there for about 10 minutes before I had to ask somebody to check on my order. While I was waiting, a server were talking shit about customers to other servers, then the same server went into the kitchen to repeat the same disrespect. very unprofessional I will not come here again. If you’re gonna be a server. Have some damn courtesy to not talk shit behind the customers back especially when there’s other customers around that can hear that slander.

Service was very slow with drink orders and it wasn't even that busy. At one point I had to go to the bar and order a drink there while I waited on the drink I'd already ordered. Food was overcooked, asked for a little pink in the middle and got a char burger instead.

The food is solid. I go there when they have good deals. Too bad their Scott Family bonus gift cards expire after a mere 5 weeks.

Husband and I walked in for a birthday meal. Staff were courteous and willing to seat us quickly. Our burgers were well done. Exactly as we ordered it. Definitely will return for more meals!!!
