I cannot be as thankful for great people like those at the Erie Applebee's. We had a family emergency right after we placed our food, they helped us get out the door with our appetizer (which we ate in the car while speeding home, and it was fantastic!)

Had a gift card to use from our resort stay. The service was really good. Food was good but not great. Our steaks were way overcooked. When they delivered the food to our table it was the store manager which we thought was strange. She immediately asked if our steaks looked cooked to our liking and asked if we would try them . I had ordered my medium and it was grey through and through. However, I'm guessing she anticipated that and was more than happy to replace it. Second steak was a little pink but still tough. Server and Manager were great but probably won't return.

I went to have some thing to eat I get sat at a cold window kids jumping from seat to seat it was like pee wees play house I go to eat in pice not to a play ground keep the kids in the seat and the mouth shut if it was my place the mom and dad would have to pay for the holl place or get out

Came in on 6-24-2025 one of the hottest days of the year, and their air conditioning is broken in half of the building! It’s was so hot we ate quickly and left! The temperatures were in the 90’s. If they can’t fix the air Conditioning they should’ve closed until it was working! I felt horrible for their employees who were great even though they were sweating and miserable!
