We came there for my grandson‘s birthday and there is about 11 of us. I ordered a hamburger but it wasn’t the right burger I ordered. I was going to eat it anyway cause I didn’t feel like waiting. The manager came over. Her name is Alyssa and went and cooked me a new burger And was so very nice to our table. I can’t thank her enough! She knew I was unhappy with the burger by our waitress. That’s what you call a very good manager. I was very impressed by her.

I like Applebee's. My granddaughter gets the corn dog all the time. We went to the one in Erie Pa. I got grilled chicken, mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Y I stupidly asked for the chicken to be blackened. It came back so so so salty. The broccoli with the same way. I won't do that again. No blacked added. I asked for another she free side of broccoli and wiped off as much as a blackened season as I could on the chicken It was still salty but I ate half of it. The new steamed broccoli without all that crap on it was wonderful outstanding I could have eaten a whole bowl of it. Our service was fantastic outstanding best service I've ever gotten at Applebee's The girl was really good we got to use our veterans discount. My husband got the steak mashed potatoes and broccoli his was wonderful. Typically I would have gotten the fiesta chicken which is my very very favorite but I'm trying to watch my weight. This was a better option although it was too salty. I would go again and be careful what I ask for.

To begin with, we walked in around an hour before they closed. Since moving to Pennsylvania, we’ve only had terrible service—albeit we’ve only gone out a few times. The southern hospitality has been greatly missed, and it’s made us definitely not want to eat out. However, the young man who sat us was very warm and inviting. Our server, Liz, gave us the best service in Erie. She was super sweet and quick. The food was about what you’d expect—reasonably priced and okay in terms of taste. I ordered two drinks, both were tasty. We were super happy that our appetizer came out quickly and exactly as ordered. We’d definitely say the service was the highlight though! Thanks to Liz for making our night!

You get what you get at Applebee's, smaller portions,decent service and fun drinks. Atmosphere is nice. Just a problem with bartenders sometimes with just making a basic drink that ALL bartenders should know.

Solid for the price. We were travelling. Not a popular Franchise in Canada, so when we saw it in the USA, we thought we'd give it a go. App and 2 entres for 25 bucks is pretty crazy
