I cannot be as thankful for great people like those at the Erie Applebee's. We had a family emergency right after we placed our food, they helped us get out the door with our appetizer (which we ate in the car while speeding home, and it was fantastic!)
Had a gift card to use from our resort stay. The service was really good. Food was good but not great. Our steaks were way overcooked. When they delivered the food to our table it was the store manager which we thought was strange. She immediately asked if our steaks looked cooked to our liking and asked if we would try them . I had ordered my medium and it was grey through and through. However, I'm guessing she anticipated that and was more than happy to replace it. Second...
Love most of the servers, they feel laid back and familial. Come here all the time. Food is as to be expected, some days better than others but the wings and chicken skillet are great.
