The big guy with glasses was very rude does not have a clue on how to handle customers. I will never go back because of his rudeness.If he doesn't like his job he shouldn't work there or take it out on the customers. Date was Wednesday March 12 approximately around 4:00 pm at drive thru window.My fries were cold & the Reuben sandwich I ordered the bread was hard and stale.Ended up throwing everything out.

I ended up getting a Gyro meal. Everything was fresh without me having to ask for it to be albeit on a dead Sunday night. Will took my order, it was very awesome at his job! Very accommodating! He also had great communication with the rest of his team! Whoever is trying to show there, keep them around as long as you possibly can.
Service was very quick, food was excellent as would be expected. The facility was clean and well kept.

Waited about 15 mins in the drive thru (with just one car in front of me) only for both of the things I ordered to be wrong. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich but got a buffalo chicken sandwich, ordered a French Dip and Swiss but got french dip and a greek gyro. Workers were kind, and I'm usually more forgiving when fast food orders are wrong but due to both being wrong, the time it took, and high prices of these foods I was pretty disappointed.
Dude working the window was awesome, I think his name was Anthony , if it was I appreciate you bro for the good service n kind attitude ?? ALL restaurants need a Anthony ??.

How much $$$ are you spending on the remodeling? How much of that could have gone to providing a more livable wage for your employees who's been serving you and your customers for over 4 years! $13 an hour for 20 hours or less a week isn't livable!

I have to give the West 26th st in Erie PA location a zero tonight. I ordered 5 classics with 2 packets of arbys sauce each and received zero packets of sauce. I was headed down to the beach to enjoy my meal but when I discovered no sauce I threw back them in the bag and had nothing. Might as well eat cardboard. Very poor negligent crew working there. Hire some decent employees. No excuses.
