Went to Arby’s half an hour before it says it closed (11 pm.) The service I was given over the speaker was quite frankly rude as hell, I apologized to the worker for ordering so close to their closing time, (not that close,) and the man (Michael) didn’t even say a thing and continued to deep sigh over the speaker and talk about how he would have to put together a machine again to make mozzarella sticks. I think it’s ridiculous as someone who works in a resteraunt, that you could treat a customer with disrespect even when your resteraunt is still open, and you just simply expect to do no work and still get paid. This isn’t just a one time thing too, this has happened previously before at the same location. Get better workers who actually do their jobs and treat customers with an ounce of respect and courtesy. Food was good tho.

I’ve never been to an Arby’s before this. My girlfriend and I decided to go because we wanted to use our coupon. We ordered at the drive through and the gentleman seemed to be angry we had a coupon. He didn’t apply the coupon nor did he give us a receipt. I wouldn’t normally care about this kind thing but the employee was rude and the coupon was the whole reason we went in the first place. We won’t be going back.
