We have been wanting to try Ariana out since it opened, and we're glad we finally made it! We had a phenomenal meal. The owner was very warm, kind, and helpful. We shared 5 dishes among the table (mixture of lamb, chicken, rice, curry...), and they were all absolutely delicious. You absolutely need to check this place out!

I was just passing through town and I just happen to stop to have dinner here. It was a nice surprise to have Afghan food in ERIE, Pennsylvania. The host was very welcoming. I also took a mango drink made from fresh mangoes. For dinner, I had chicken biryani and lamb on a bed of rice. It was good food good service. Very fast I will absolutely come here again.

My friend and I had lunch at Ariana today and had the Kabuli Pulao (fragrant rice w/ lamb) and Kofta (meatballs with a tomato-based sauce), with a side of naan. What we had tasted complex and flavorful! The chunks of bone-in lamb (not in photo) and the meatballs were moist and tender. Servings were quite large. Our awesome host also gave us an endless supply of masala tea, which was amazing!
I dislike using the word “authentic” to describe an establishment (because what do I know?) - but it felt as if I dined at someone’s home and ate a home-cooked Afghan feast. Thank you for the awesome experience! Can’t wait to go back!

Paid 40 bucks to get two plates of beef kabab, the rice came with shredded chicken, the beef was so dry and burnt, the salad was made few days ago with no taste at all, the soup that came with the meal was so jelly looks old as well. Very pricey, I wouldn’t mind the price if there’s quality. If there’s a zero I would put it instead of one.

The owner treated my mother and I like we were queens! The service was wonderful, and the owner really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and then some! The food was so delicious we could not stop saying it, and the tea was wonderful. First time I haven’t drank a soda with my meal because the tea went so much better with the food. Also we stuffed ourselves and still had a whole meal leftover still! This will be our new spot to eat from now on when we come to Erie!
