We’ve gone to Bar Ronin many times and every single time we go, the service is amazing (Branden is a rock star) and the flavors are outstanding. If you’ve never sat at the kitchen bar to watch this well oiled machine work magic, it is well worth it. Thank you Chef Dan and staff for all of your efforts. 👏👏👏👏

Food was excellent. Had the wagyu mid rare among other things and it was will made. SO thought it a bit too salty but I thought it was great. Service was a bit off we were waiting quite a bit just to have our order taken and a bit longer than ideal between courses. Luckily we weren't in too big of a rush to eat so this wasn't a huge deal but it could've been.

Great night out! We sat right at the bar and watched the kitchen magic happen. Spare ribs, scampi, and the veggies with wasabi hummus were all amazing! Awesome drinks, great vibe, great people. Loved the graffiti. 10/10, I'll be back! #GoErie
Excellent food. Our waiter was amazing and recommended not only drinks and food but explained the details of each. The atmosphere was dark and intimate with an infusion of edm music and bass that made the experience wonderful. Clean bathrooms…they say you can tell how the back of the house is ran by how well they take care dinner bathrooms! Excellent!

Hands down the most high quality dining experience I've ever had in Erie! I didn't even realize such a fine dining experience could exist in our area! Me and my girlfriend went here to celebrate our 1 one year anniversary together and it happened to be the establishments 4 year anniversary too! I met with a server/hostess a few days in advance and left her with a pair of sterling silver hook style beach glass earrings I had custom made for her here locally and had her sneak deliver it in with our appetizer on a fancy little food plate to surprise my love with. Our service was exceptional! The atmosphere dining at the kitchen viewing area watching our food made in front of us and everything about the place was top notch and unforgettable! You really must check this place out if you haven't been!

I recently took my wife for our 22nd anniversary and our waiters name is Isaiah. He was amazing, attentive, courteous, kind, and polite. Never did I have to ask for anything. The food was amazing. I can literally say I have never had food this caliber in Erie in my life and I’ve been to all of the high-end restaurants. I will be coming back thank you all the staff for the signed card. It was such a nice gesture. I’ve never had a bad meal at this restaurant service is top-notch. The dumplings are amazing and the salmon when they have it! Thanks again for the special night!

First time experience yesterday. Our server and our service were amazing. She was very educated on the menu and was a very sweet and pleasant server. I did not catch her name. My drink was nothing to crazy pallet wise. I ordered a low ABV cocktail. I expected it to taste more unique. It just tasted like sprite. My meal was incredible. Order was recommended by server and it was a great choice. The reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5, is because the waygu was not at all what it should be. I receieved a very poor cut. Not at all what waygu traditionally looks or tastes like. Texture was also very off. Hard and chewy. I would NOT recommend the waygu. They need to do a bit more research and learn a bit more on how to properly pick and prepare this delicacy. Other than that, I was very pleased. I would go back.
