My wife and dined here last year and everything was excellent. Tonight we came to attend a wake and funeral the next couple days so ordered take out for my wife, daughter, her significant other as we were staying nearby and it was late. One Cheese pie, one Pepperoni pie and two hot bone in Buffalo Wings. The wings did not come with Celery, carrots or Bleu Cheese, no vegetables could even be ordered, and the Bleu cheese cost extra. The sauce on the pies was too sweet for my taste though the crust was thin and crisp. They also did not provide any plates or napkins. Okay over all but $50 for what was given seems a bit high. Hopefully it was just an off night.

My husband brought me here at around 3pm at first I thought the place was closed down.
He ordered us some pepperoni balls and cheese sticks with marinara sauce. BOY WAS I SHOCKED. I immediately went to flavor town. The pepperoni ball had a great sweet and salty combination. The cheese sticks were average, but the marinara sauce was the best I’ve had in Erie !!

Traveling through and decided to eat local. So glad we did. Meatballs and gnocchi were tender and plenty of meat sauce. Meatlovers pizza crust was cooked perfect, real mozzarella and perfect sauce. Waiter very personable and attractive. Nothing fancy. Would definitely eat there again.
The first time we went, my husband got spaghetti and I got a salad and they were so good. We went back for pizza, which was even better than what we got the first time. The staff is super nice even when they are swamped and they stay busy.

We always get carryout wings and subs every Sunday..Our family comes over to watch football including our grandsons..this week one of our grands who has a severe egg allergy was over so I called Draven to ask if the garlic Parm wings had any egg product.. (he is severely allergic to eggs) he read me the ingredients and went the extra mile checking on Google and even using special utensils when fixing not to have cross contamination..We are so appreciative for his kindness and concern..We love this kid..You are so lucky to have him..He is always upbeat and gives great customer service! Besides the great food one of the reasons we keep coming back is the wonderful service..Thank you to Draven

I’ve always loved Barbatos and have many fond memories of eating there, especially since I worked there when I was 15. The nostalgic atmosphere and great food have always made it a favorite for my family. However, this latest experience was incredibly disappointing. I called to place a pickup order under my last name. When my husband went to pick it up, the staff didn’t ask for a name and simply said, "Cheese and pepperoni pizza?" He assumed it was ours and brought it home, but our entire order wasn’t included.
When I called back to explain the issue, I was told that it was a miscommunication on our end and that there was nothing they could do. They offered for me to come back and buy the missing salad at full price, but they wouldn’t charge me for the extra ranch. Really?
Overall, make sure to double-check your order and ensure they ask for your name before leaving! This was a frustrating experience with no attempt at proper customer service.
