Great bar area, fantastic old fashioned (smoked) and Josh yet again crushed it with the chef's choice oyster selection.

We were in the area and wanted to check this place out. Great location and the staff is amazing. We sat near the kitchen and every dish looked amazing!!! It made it difficult to decide what to order. If you are in the area, you need to stop here!!

I ate lunch here on 3/22 with my wife and another couple. We ordered the crab cakes, chowder, house salad, and Kobe burger with fries. Salad was quite good as were the fries. My wife did not care for her chowder at all (my tasting of it confirmed her impression). The burger itself was good although the aoili(?) sauce was a bit strange and too sweet for my taste. The most disappointing item was the serving of three very small crab cakes that had little flavor, and that which it did have reminded me of freezer burn. Draw your own conclusions of their provenance. To cap off the experience my hawkeyed wife noticed the 20% gratuity already factored into the total bill for two people at our table for 4. Otherwise I would have ended up tipping a total of 35%.

The food and service here are very good. The seating is not. The tables for two are so tiny. We were up against a wall at a weird angle with a table of six right behind it. A man at that table decided to push his seat back so he could look at his phone in his lap and, in doing so, practically pinned my husband against the wall. I would recommend this place only for a group of three or more just so that you get a real table.

We order a ravioli appetizer and received three small ravioli with a scarce lobster sauce for $20 then I order a crab cake entree and received two small appetizer size crab cakes which I substituted the side of greens for a house salad. The crab cakes were $40 and an additional $1.50 for the house salad. The food was not something to remember and the prices are not for the quality and quantity of the food. This restaurant is nice for drinks and appetizers but not for lunch or dinners. I drove 1.5 hours to eat here and I am Very disappointed

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious, including appetizers, main dishes, meat, and fish. The raw oyster sauce is delicious, and the staff understands the cuisine well and makes helpful recommendations. In America, I am often disappointed in the food I eat during my stay, but this restaurant was delicious. it was good!Even the bread was delicious.

Overall, was a great experience. Drinks were delicious and well presented. Food was very good and on the bigger side of sizes. Service was great. Autumn did an amazing job. The lighting and noise level were absolutely perfect to our liking. Not too quiet but not too noisy! Would definitely recommend.

Would not recommend. Made a reservations and got seated very quickly and we were on the upper floor overlooking the restaurant. The chairs had leftover crumbs on them from previous people which we wiped up. Got waters and beer and got the oysters. The rockerfellow oysters were slightly over cooked and sticking to the shell and not easily being removed. While waiting for the entrees we ordered we noticed others who had gotten there at the same time as us and were already getting their food. During our time of waiting we noticed that the surrounding windows and decor were dusty. By the time other tables surrounding us were already getting their bills. We had run out of water at this point and the waiter was no where in sight. At this point we had waited over an hour for our food. By the time the food had arrived, it wasn't that great. The lobster risotto wasn't flavorful nor was the risotto cooked all the way. The lamb shank was tender but had no flavor. The waiter had not checked on us during this time either and by the time he did we requested the bill.

Dar was our waitress and did a fantastic job of making sure we had everything we needed along with the Bus Boys. The food was outstanding and fresh. The atmosphere was the Best including the sunset. The value portion is understandably a little higher than usual due to all of the above. Will definitely be back every time we visit our Daughter at Medical School.
