After a day visiting Presque Isle we were starved so after a Yelp check we settled on Beechwood Inn's Hardwood which shares space with Erie Brewery. The place is very large, clean & accommodating. We were greeted on entering & the young man explained their services & menu. We sat outside on their covered patio. The pumpkin beer was great, the bbq wings were delicious, we all had hamburgers, which we all agreed were awesome, even the fries. Can't go wrong choosing this establishment. And dog friendly too.

The dinner was good, we had the Buffalo wings for an appetizer. I thought the wings were perfectly seasoned and you could actually taste the meat. The rest of our meal was good. My only complaint is the ordering process. You have to order at a counter then wait for it to be done with a buzzer. However if you want drinks you need to rely on the wait staff. Love, love, love this place. April 2023, we took our food to go this time. Beechwood burger and pub fries for my husband and Beechwood burger and sweet potato fries for me. As always...DELICIOUS!!!! And, as always, the friendliest service! I think these are the best burgers I have eaten in Erie. Tried burgers at several other establishments, but have yet to find one as good.

The food was wonderful! Even though you have to place an order at the window and then pick up your food when it's ready. The atmosphere was nice, but more for the craft beer drinkers.
