Unfortunately, the food was not very good. My hashbrowns were paper thin. They looked like somebody took a knife to an actual hash brown and cut the top off, and I was served the top .My eggs were over done and the country gravy was a brownish grey color. Our server was wonderful and very nice. I will probably not go back to this Bob Evans, or maybe any Bob Evans.

Our server Miss Jennifer was amazing! She made us feel well taken care of and we didn't have to ask for anything. She was completely prepared with all of the fixings for our meal. It's great when you can tell that someone enjoys their job and I believe that Miss Jennifer does! Wonderful hire, Bob Evans!!

wasn't bad, wasn't good. it was definitely overpriced lol for its portions anyway. got the dinner for two, and the dessert was listed on the menu. when it came to it, they said it was curbside only. was a bit disappointed at that. dinner definitely isn't bob evans forte. that's all

The service really makes this place.. I go once every week or two, and the food is decent. Sometimes you'll get perfect sausage patties, sometimes you'll get burnt crispy hockey-pucks... sometimes you'll get a decent Arnold Palmer, sometimes you'll get diabetes... but the server can make the trip worth it. I have definitely experienced on way more than one occasion some instability in the kitchen that can resonate into the dining area..

Our waitress Came to our table three times. Once for drink order. Second for food order. Third time bring food out. That was it. No return for refills, check on food etc. She didn't even come outto bring check. We had to find another person to get that.

I was there for veterans day and I have to say it was a very great place to be. The food and service was excellent! My server was very nice and attentive!
This Bob Evans location has seriously gone way downhill over the last few months. We went in for dinner and it was not even busy. We waited for 15 minutes for a waitress to even come to our table. After placing our order we waited 50 minutes for our food before deciding to cancel our order and leave without eating. I could understand a delay if the restaurant was packed busy but that was just not the case. The staff seem very poorly trained. We asked the waitress twice for creamer for the coffee and if she could bring rolls out for my son while we waited for our food and she never did either one. We will not return to this location again.

This place deserves zeros and is becoming unbearable... There staff is rude and gave me a hard time about my pick up when I got there. Just for me to get home and they gave me banana bread instead of biscuits to go with my biscuits and gravy meal ??♀️ like how hard is it to make sure it's biscuits.... And if that's not bad enough let the look of this gravy speak for it's self...who ever is running the kitchen and put this in a container knew they was giving me garbage and served it still...like I'm gonna get sick if I eat that... honestly not even sure that's gravy it's so gross looking..Last time I was there was may and it was disgusting to.... be better ??♀️

Came in with a party of 6 on a Tuesday night. 2 adults and 4 kids. The place didn't seem all that busy. The hostess all though polite informed us that they were unable to accommodate a 6 top table and that we could wait for other tables to finish or come back another time. On a busy night I would usually totally understand however this evening was not busy at all on the way back to the car we did notice the back dining room completely empty. I have brought larger parties here before and was always accommodated however I will no longer continue to do so. I believe my family and myself will be taking a long break from the Warren bob evens.
