My husband and I had dinner here on a recent trip to Erie. We showed up a little early for our reservation but they were able to seat us right away. Staff was friendly and attentive. We both had filets prepared perfectly. I had baked potato and vegetable of the day, which was asparagus, and they were excellent. My husband had a nice salad and onion rings, which were okay, maybe just a little too much batter so not as crispy as he likes. Overall, we really enjoyed the meal and the experience and we would certainly visit again.

Great atmosphere for a breakfast place like First Watch or Scrambler Marie not a dinner place that I'd take a special person to. Too many other better choices. Colao's, Oliver's, etc. On a 1-10 for fine dining, 1-2. Overpriced- nothing special. Done

If you’re looking for delicious food (especially the filet minion ? and the pork chops) and a fabulous atmosphere Bob’s is the perfect place. They have a full bar and the bartender can pour a fantastic martini ?! Reminder, try not to fill up on their tantalizing fresh baked rolls… they are addictive. ? When there ask for Rachel, she’s very very attentive.

I stopped at Bob's on a solo trip to ERie. The burger was cooked to perfection and the bacon on it ... wow. I'll be back later this summer for SURE. Great service, Missy was excellent and the place was so calm and clean! Bob himself even stopped at my table.

Not a comforable environment as made so by the owner for guests who are obviously a part of the LGBTQIA community. Found owner to be hostile, gruff, abrasive and only acted so with our table - was quite cordial with others. Found the table and underside to be unclean and the food to be meh. Perhaps his service colors my view of the rest of the experience but the whole thing was below my standards for multiple reasons. Do not visit.

Four of us went after the downtown tree lighting. Wine and drinks menu was nice. Hubby's filet and potato were good. My NY strip was tough and sinewy in many spots. Friends had lobster and prime rib and said it was good. The Caesar salads were excellent as was the bread. The cheesecake is not a normal NY style as advertised; we didn't enjoy it but it was clearly homemade. Giving 3 stars as the food and service was decent overall. We'll try again and see.

fantastic, incredible food. had the surf & turf with my filet fixed up with the house seasoning and the garlic butter on top- it was the best thing ever! my vegetables and mashed potatoes were also delicious. we tried the deviled eggs as an appetizer and the banana foster dessert was to die for. waitress was friendly, atmosphere was nice. made a yelp account just to rave about this place
I'm hard to please when it comes to preparing my steak. This place was spot on! Absolutely amazing! The Brussel sprouts are a must try.

Visited several weeks ago for the first time. It was AMAZING! food was perfect. Atmosphere great. Wait staff attentive and personable. I found nothing to be less than perfect. And it is a locally owned and operated restaurant. You can tell there is no chain dictating what should and shouldn't be done. I highly recommend!!

My fiancé and I had a great experience at Bob's steakhouse. The filet was perfect, the pepper cream topping was delicious, and the way that they cook their Brussels sprouts was incredible (sweet and savory). The waitress was excellent. Will definitely go back again.. we might even go back just for drinks, since the atmosphere is so nice!

The ceiling leaked on to my sister .. we had to move from the seats we had at the bar .. her bill was not comped at all .. not even 10%.. however the drinks were pretty decent.. pineapple paradise and heavens of coconut ... allegedly painkiller and classic mArgarita are good ... mashed potatoes could have used some salt and pepper ... deviled eggs were kind of bland with little flavor after the bacon ... I would consider coming back to try an entree ...
