One thing BK could look into is window heaters for your employees. We sit in a heated vehicle when arriving. Your staff are working with a coat on at the drive-thru window, which to us seems wrong and yet....not one of your staff ever complain.Possibly look into providing your excellent staff with a heat source of some kind.
BK should be proud & blessed you have the staff you have.

“I come here very often. Food is often on point. There are a few very dedicated and amazing workers there. So depending who's there. The service can be very memorable to just mediocre. Great atmosphere. Nice and quiet and relaxing.
Kid-friendliness: Little playground there for the kids.“
