Customer service is outstanding. Staff are cheerful and dedicated. We always look forward to purchasing our mocha coffee in the morning. Every morning! One thing BK could look into is window heaters for your employees. We sit in a heated vehicle when arriving. Your staff are working with a coat on at the drive-thru window, which to us seems wrong and yet....not one of your staff ever complain.Possibly look into providing your excellent staff with a heat source of some kind. The customer service is terrible especially coming from a higher up named teetee, went through the drive thru simply and politely asked for more sauces and she shouted “there’s sauce in your bag” and slammed the door in our face. Completely rude and unacceptable where’s the customer service now in days.

Went thru drive thru and ordered the family meal. $20. The whoppers were nothing like a whopper. A brown piece of lettuce. Literally! Dry, a dot of catsup, no onion, no mustard. I've NEVER had such a poor opinion of a fast food restaurant. Add me the list of "THE WORSE" Burger King in Erie.

Put mobile order in, told to go to second window to which I was told we are closed due to maintenance! I said well I’m being charged. They said charge should fall off . Nope!!! Was charged in full without receiving an order! This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with bk app. Will not be using it again

Second time in a row I drove thru and didn't get what I ordered. Called to point out the problem and again nobody answered. I'm done with them. Breakfast food is hardly ever hot.
Stopped this morning for a breakfast sandwich. Ordered a double sausage sandwich combo without eggs and a coffee. The girl at counter had no clue how to ring up my order and when I got my order it had eggs on it and no coffee or hashbrowns. I went back and told the lady I ordered it without egg and a combo she was very rude and gave me a dirty look. Never got coffee or my hashbrowns. Both ladies seemed like they were on another planet. I'll never stop there again.

If people searchbthe YouTube or corporate franchises they will simply ask to see a video andcproductiin of every item that each restaurant ,fast food place you think you find delicious when watch mcnasties production of their so called nuggets and chicken sandwich...let's say this..if you can watch the entire video to see how and what is not 100 % percent verified and actually told by tyson,Purdue etc .and the factories making up these items called one thing but sadly you won't find a chicken I'll guarantee ever will grab one chicken nugget and eat the entire thing or a cick sandwich ..people haven't you yet taken an hour out of anynof your days or nights to Google how it's made,what's in these by human design or human ,man made things you put in your bodies for what reason if you care and live your kids,family and have clear vision on this last point..it's up to u after this..years and years we look back I'll assume and think of all this situation only ..of the family get together, family parties and special events relating to memories that really were the best and the great things I look back obmn was this..all these aunts,moms,grabdmas,newly up and coming daughters to now mom's cooking and baking and I am wanting the homemade apple,cherry,rhubarb,lemon marange pie ,cakes etc after this..a large flat old oil steel container cut in half with two hinges and two wheels to tow behind your favorite overly anxious half there in mind uncles 1980 Chevy s10..lol I see delicious hamburgers that like the newly advertised burdmgers at Arby's there huge..here the deal. If your vision I'd halfway good and you can see your hands in front of your face . Then how can we be raised ,loved,protected and guided by family who raised u or per situations varying that in fact taught us to know the difference in a person we see that we do know and the taught other teaching that became the household rule or guidelines before hoing out to let's say trick or treating..stranger ,danger ,saying to alert quickly to avoid this situation but sadly I see that not one of you fools eating McDonald's on the way to McDonald's drive thru remembers how to make a real 100% all beef burger period or your simply dependant on others making peanuts and the most tasteless, flatest ,eating sldisorder designed 20 % if that's even close to what makes a burger that is as I worked driving for their bun deliveries etc..very skilled at what can make your weight of 197 for ten years straight instantly within four to six days delivering to 19-24 McDonald's in six months if that is more or less the actual time I left to make dollars period running my own asphalt company and the reasons we are lazy to simply Google these questions period of how it's made in video and warming to suggest this but once u picked up and ordered the double burgers or singles what have you ..hits you that this tasty burger is the only reasons i had to move before causing my actual health and downfalls seen by many..197 turned 315 and then realized daily 19 to 24 or more of them order in advance while in their beds,campers,golfing,or wherever to assist you by and for what reasons..it's the highly mind altering 55 gallon product made,stored and used to give two purpose ..one service to customers first then food quality got shot with an artillery howitzer out the windows and off the property ...sadly it's not what you know to be seen in proof and reality of the smart one person I know you are.
