i like the food and how nice everyone is. i just cannot get an UN-sweet tea. I've ordered unsweet tea multiple times and this time I ordered it online and double checked with the woman at the window and still got Sweet-tea. and with no ice either. just take it off the menu if I cannot have it.

Ordered two Whopper Jr with no onion. Got onion on both. Did not get mayo or ketchup on either. Total fail! I wanted my favorite sandwich on a bad day- and this just made it worse

I take my son each time we're in the area. He's a big BK fan. I like the impossible Whopper, with a cold beverage. Their service is always good and our normal order is at the drive through. š
Customer service is outstanding. Staff are cheerful and dedicated. We always look forward to purchasing our mocha coffee in the morning. Every morning! One thing BK could look into is window heaters for your employees. We sit in a heated vehicle when arriving. Your staff are working with a coat on at the drive-thru window, which to us seems wrong and yet....not one of your staff ever complain.Possibly look into providing your excellent staff with a heat source of some kind. The customer service is terrible especially coming from a higher up named teetee, went through the drive thru simply and politely asked for more sauces and she shouted āthereās sauce in your bagā and slammed the door in our face. Completely rude and unacceptable whereās the customer service now in days.

Went thru drive thru and ordered the family meal. $20. The whoppers were nothing like a whopper. A brown piece of lettuce. Literally! Dry, a dot of catsup, no onion, no mustard. I've NEVER had such a poor opinion of a fast food restaurant. Add me the list of "THE WORSE" Burger King in Erie.

Put mobile order in, told to go to second window to which I was told we are closed due to maintenance! I said well Iām being charged. They said charge should fall off . Nope!!! Was charged in full without receiving an order! This isnāt the first time Iāve had issues with bk app. Will not be using it again
