They’ll charge you for cheese, but won’t actually put it on your whopper. This is the third time I’ve been here in the last three months and each time they never give me the cheese I order. I’ll just drive to the peach st BK even though I live one block away from this 26th st location.

Dined in multiple times at the burger king at 2872 w. 26th st. erie pa. The service is mediocre and the food is mediocre. Would give a 0 for all but you can't. We ordered this last time off of the kiosk and they didnt even call our name just called out what we ordered but anyone after their name was called. I ordered onion rings, they were cold, soggy and no color. Don't want them to remake afraid someone would spit on them. Also, floors and seating were sticky and dirty. Just horrible!!!

They put nicotine in their food to keep me buying it.
My husband and I ate here for dinner. we went through the drive thru, and this blonde young girl took our order and messed our order totally up. My husband asked for BBQ sauce and did not get that asked for honey sauce. We did not get that either. He ordered me a bacon cheeseburger. I did not get cheese on my burger. My husband ordered Whopper Jr. He did not get pickles or them. We are disappointed because we like this burger king but that girl did not know what she was doing and she was rude.

Id give a 0 if i could. Floor was sticky, waited an hour. Employees were incompetent. Waited 20 min for my food order from the kiosk that got lost- ok... technology (understandable). They were short staffed so I tried to be patient 15-20 min. but after watching several people order, get food & leave I went up & asked. At first -the counter employee couldnt find it. Assistant manager helped & found the order. She wrote it down & walked back to drive thru window, took the handwritten order with her. I watched probably 8 more people & realized....The slip that she wrote the order down on, was now sitting on the counter. NO ONE, Assit manager or the guy at the counter EVER GAVE IT TOO THE COOK (this is what makes me mad). I can be patient but that's just stupid. So I go up again & said... the slip is still here... it's been almost an hour, I'd like a refund...and OF COURSE, neither employee knew how to do a refund. 1 hour of my time, no food, no refund b/c no one there knows what they are doing. This location was good for years & I get being short staffed -but this was just pure incompetence & even if they offer me a credit or gift card, I'll never go back.

I always have a good experience! The staff is friendly and does a great job of keeping my food tomato free (I have an allergy) and making sure to label everything. The dining room is also kept very clean. It's a consistently great experience

The wait time going through the drive thru was way too long. Good food but taking over 30 minutes to wait cause the people in front of us kept handing the cashier money like 4 different times and they just let him sit there and wait instead of telling him to go park in front of the door. It held up a lot of cars. By the time the car got his food, there were like four cars behind me honking and mad. This was on a Friday night around 11pm. I feel bad for the staff when this happens, but please work on telling people to go park next to the door and wait for their food if it's going to hold up the line.
