I am on day 3 of trying to get a refund for an order that I had to pull around for. They said they needed to cook fresh burgers and when we got the food the burgers were ice cold. Support has been less than helpful. I am not having it my way one bit.Edit: Day 6 I have received word that as a courtesy they will refund my money.Jeeeeee Thanks BKWhat a final experience

Got something for dinner last night at 5 pm. Everything seemed like it was sitting for quite a while. All cold and nasty. Didn't get the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered, got a classic, only got one of the chicken fries I paid for. Dissapointing

I had a "free any size fries" coupon. They gave me small without asking. More is always better!! Try asking when in doubt. My cheeseburger was barely warm as well. I probably will not be back.

I recently had my first visit to this location. Stepping into the restaurant, it's a fairly clean location, and fairly modern looking. The coke machine isn't a freestyle machine and in spite of advertising adding flavoring to drinks, that feature was unavailable. The ordering process was easy but the cashier was not talkative and I was never really sure that he got my specific requirements when I ordered for 5 people. The food took a while to prepare, which for 5 people, I was not surprised. However, some of it came out nice and hot while other items came out very lukewarm or downright cold. The taste all around was pretty average for Burger King, but I wasn't overly thrilled with eating a cold whopper. If I had no other options I'd consider coming here again, but I would not go out of my way for it. I get it, fast food is not gourmet food, but it should still be consistent, if nothing else.
