Let me tell you about a place that offers horrible customer service. It’s called the Burger King on Peach Street near interstate 90. You can tell the people that work there do not want to be at work. While Burger King commercials portray fun and excitement, their employees portray death and destruction. I was in a great mood and then felt suicidal after ordering a whopper there. On a positive note, the whopper was delicious.

Manager and staff inconsiderate... food was stale, cold fries... improper service... very rude.... Paid almost $20 on meal with extra sandwich... food was by far the worse for 6pm. Manager and staff should be fired or shut restaurant down... Worse I have ever had.

I sent an online order from the mobile app, but it froze right after payment which caused my card to get charged so I decided to just go to the drive thru to see if it went through. At the window I was told it did not go through and then showed the friendly employee the location was correct and explained the situation with the app. After this, the manager I'm assuming showed up to tell me that I must have ordered it somewhere else and he was going to call even though I physically showed him that it was the right location. At this point I finally got an email saying the order canceled itself, so I sent the order again and was told to just go to the door and wait. I wasn't mad at all until I went in the building to wait for my food and got to hear the two employees who were helping me talking shit about how I must be lying and I clearly just lied about the order being sent so that I could... make my food take longer??? The lunch time manager is a prick and did not listen to anything I was saying and then just started talking shit like he knew what happened. The food was fine though 🤷♂️

Burger King's Whopper is the only remaining large burger you can get at a fast food joint. Everyone else has downsized theirs. Absolutely love the impossible Whopper. Tastes exactly the same as the regular Whopper just a little bit more healthy!
The fries were hot and well salted, the Swiss mushroom burger was delicious, but was only warm. And they had to replace the frosted lemonade that I ordered with a frozen coke, I was a little disappointed I couldn’t try the lemonade. The employee was very jolly and agreeable!
