I stopped in today with my 2 grands...we waited a few minutes to get seated and it was not even busy..I had a breakfast sandwich and the one grand had pancakes and the other had chicken tenders..chicken was burnt and hard as a rock, were never approached for refills on our drinks but our waitress was pleasant..went to pay and the gentleman asked how everything was and I told him that the chicken was burnt and he said he would tell the cook...lol... I doubt we will be back..We miss the cakery...also was way more expensive than the Cakery..good luck!
Great service and great food! Been here a few times now and everything has always been delicious 😋
Buzz at Copperleaf Cafe is a new, excellent relaxing place to grab coffee, breakfast, lunch, or just stop for a snack. They seem to make and bake everything in house, and it all tastes delicious! It's worth stopping in and the staff are all friendly and accommodating.
I need to avoid caffeine but I love the taste of coffee and the fancy coffee drinks. I asked the waiter if I could get any of the specialty coffee drinks in decaf. He said, “You can get all of my specialty coffee drinks in decaf. I have decaf espresso.” I was eager to try and was not disappointed. So if you are caffeine challenged like me, stop in and check it out. By the way the food was delicious also! Buzz at Copperleaf Cafe keep up the good work!
I am visiting from out of town and have had the opportunity to dine at this cafe twice. Both times we were seated quickly and our order was taken within a few minutes. I had the steak and cheese sandwich and french fries the first time and the avocado toast the second. The food was excellent and what I was expecting and portions were plenty for each meal. I was able to use the salt and pepper grinders that were provided on every table. My coffee beverages were tasty. The staff was welcoming and engaging during our visit and our waitress was friendly and professional. I would recommend everyone to go and try out this gem of a cafe.
The Italian soup was delicious!! Service was absolutely wonderful!!
Cross Roads has closed its doors, but fans will be happy to hear that Buzz has been resurrected at the Copper Leaf Cafe. The transition seems to have kept much of what patrons enjoyed, as the decor and general feel remain the same.
While the service was acceptable and prices are competitive, you might notice that portions seemed a bit smaller than at the previous location. However, the food was tasty nonetheless. One minor detail noted was the absence of salt and pepper shakers on the tables, but otherwise, the experience was positive.
I was expecting better, as the previous restaurant was notorious for being slow, but this was just as bad. Once seated, it took 15 mins to get service, and we watched them serve two other couples that came in after us. The waitress that took our order left and never came back. The new waitress forget three items, I believe the first waitress just didn't order them, the cheeseburgers were missing all toppings, and no condiments. We asked for ketchup and mustard, and the waitress went and started working on another order. We asked again for them to be brushed off, and then someone else got them. After then getting honey mustard instead of mustard, it just killed the burger. They did offer to make a new burger, but being on a lunch break, it was too late. There were four tables total of people, it was not busy at all.
Stopped by for breakfast at 10 a.m. and after waiting 15 minutes for someone to seat us, we left. I counted 15 patrons seated, five others waiting to be seated and five staff members on duty. Not a good look for a new restaurant.

Great staff really friendly and helpful. Coffee is great.
French toast was tasty. Eggs were amazing! Definitely recommend.
The food and service were wonderful. Prices were comparable to other similar restaurants. The drinks came quickly; it took a little bit to get our food, but you could tell the food was freshly made.
