$14 for 2 12 ounce coffees is unbelievable. On top of that the Folgers you buy at Wegmans is better.

Original review: Honest review: nice place, good menu, excellent coffee choices. Omelette was amazing. But, service is working out some kinks. I think with time the flaws will get worked out

Update: my original review was a three star. But I had made mental note to come back and try again to see if kinks got worked out. And they have. It is a joyful relaxed atmosphere with clever creative food. The specials were recommended to us twice. We both had them and they are wonderful. Don’t hesitate to stop into this fun restaurant.

Well, we tried the Buzz & not our thing. Over easy eggs were brown on the edges, the wife wasn’t impressed with her iced chai, because she was told that they only do their cold brew chai with unsweetened Almond milk, and she wanted oat milk. They also dust the top with cinnamon & she wasn’t liking that! Staff seemed friendly. Not going to be a return customer! Off to Starbucks to get the wife an iced chai with oat milk..

The service was good, the waitress was very nice and pleasant. As for the food, I’m kind of tasteless nothing, exceptional! It’s also like eating in a warehouse, the high ceilings everything going on in the kitchen you could literally hear from every corner of the restaurant. If they drop a fork in the kitchen at echoed through the building! This is due to poor construction and high ceilings, like I said, it’s kind of like eating in a warehouse! We learned our lesson, it’s back to butchers for breakfast!

I went here for lunch with my friends, only one server on the floor with a lunch rush at the door. Manager no where to be found and the host in a frenzy about where to seat the incoming tables. Host then served us our meals where my friends ordered 2 iced chai lattes. They were gross and went untouched the entire meal, where the meal was also very unflavorful and gross. We asked our server to take the chai lattes off our bill because we did not touch them and did not see a reason to pay for them. Our server then tells us her manager told her she cannot take them off the bill because it’s a higher price item, but we didn’t drink them or enjoy them. Our server went back to her manager where we saw her get yelled at and the best the manager could do for her gross, untouched, miserable latte was 50% off. Will not be returning. The manager seems money hungry and not willing to make a connection and lasting guests. If i wanted to spend $6 on a chai latte, I would’ve went to Starbucks. As a business, if you can’t serve a good $6 latte that can’t be compensated when it’s not enjoyed, you shouldn’t be running a business.

I stopped in today with my 2 grands...we waited a few minutes to get seated and it was not even busy..I had a breakfast sandwich and the one grand had pancakes and the other had chicken tenders..chicken was burnt and hard as a rock, were never approached for refills on our drinks but our waitress was pleasant..went to pay and the gentleman asked how everything was and I told him that the chicken was burnt and he said he would tell the cook...lol... I doubt we will be back..We miss the cakery...also was way more expensive than the Cakery..good luck!

Stopped for Breakfast, food was amazing. We had the French Toast and Eggs Benedict. Would highly recommend both. To full to sample the assortment of cookies and Muffins but we will definitely be back. Can't wait to try lunch. The menu looked great!

Buzz at Copperleaf Cafe is a new, excellent relaxing place to grab coffee, breakfast, lunch, or just stop for a snack. They seem to make and bake everything in house, and it all tastes delicious! It's worth stopping in and the staff are all friendly and accommodating.

I need to avoid caffeine but I love the taste of coffee and the fancy coffee drinks. I asked the waiter if I could get any of the specialty coffee drinks in decaf. He said, “You can get all of my specialty coffee drinks in decaf. I have decaf espresso.” I was eager to try and was not disappointed. So if you are caffeine challenged like me, stop in and check it out. By the way the food was delicious also! Buzz at Copperleaf Cafe keep up the good work!

I am visiting from out of town and have had the opportunity to dine at this cafe twice. Both times we were seated quickly and our order was taken within a few minutes. I had the steak and cheese sandwich and french fries the first time and the avocado toast the second. The food was excellent and what I was expecting and portions were plenty for each meal. I was able to use the salt and pepper grinders that were provided on every table. My coffee beverages were tasty. The staff was welcoming and engaging during our visit and our waitress was friendly and professional. I would recommend everyone to go and try out this gem of a cafe.
