First off, the girl taking orders was not polite and she needs trained better. My mom ordered a meal, she asked if she also wanted a drink and fries. Second, my Dr. Pepper was nasty and had no flavor. They said it was just changed. They did switch it for me. Third, I ordered the Philly cheesesteak meal. Only with the steak and cheese with lettuce. My sandwich was a pathetic sandwich of bread with a splash of meat and lots of lettuce. Oh and the manager didn't have the fries on the tray, we had to ask for them. He also gave a dirty look when we asked for lettuce on the sandwich, it wasn't on there. And when I went back after seeing my pathetic lettuce sandwich, the guy spoke to me like I was a child. I was also super sick after eating and had to run for a bathroom. I really believe I ended up with food poisoning. Usually I do not write reviews, but due to getting sick, I felt I had to. Never again.

Took me and my wife awhile to find there location. It's inside the mall. A note on the website to let out of town customers that the location is inside the mall @ the food court would be beneficial to everyone. Food was good. Split a large Cheesesteak and fries. Food served hot!

When you order a Philly steak with no mayo, it needs to come with no mayo.
Manager wasn't wearing gloves while temping the food and had her phone out practically resting on whoevers sandwich was being worked on im front of her. Disgusting. Avoid at all costs. If this is how the manager is who knows how nasty the employees are.

Food is good, service is hit or miss. Had an issue here before but I placed this order online. It should not be that easy to miss, yet they did not include the large cajun fries which was part of my order.

WOW. No idea how this place has any 4 star reviews. WORST customer service i have ever received. First of all an older gentleman working there was goofing off like a child i even witnessed him throw a block of sliced cheese at another staff trying to be funny. The cheese she caught it but was holding it up against her clothing and told him this cheese touched my clothes he says so throw it away. WHAT A WASTE! Then our tiny little order of chicken and fries was ready sitting getting cold while this man still jokes around goofing off with young staff. DONT EAT AT THIS DIRTY HOLE IN THE GROUND.
