Went last night with 3 friends and our waitress was a little rude. She was not very attentive, never brought out my chips for my chips and queso. After eating i immediately threw up it was awful. All the food came out cold but the cheese and stuff on top was all hard. We left and we will never be back.

Out to celebrate my Birthday. Thanks for ruining my lunch. Our parties food came out Cold! The cheese in the casserole had already hardened, fried fish and french fries were cold... its fried it should be hot! Extremely disappointed especially since we drove 2 hours to eat here. Someone other than our waitress brought out the food. It was not busy, there were only to other tables occupied. Will not recommend this establishment!

Seems like this place is going downhill a bit! Have been there two times in the last six months, first time, it wasn't that busy and waited 15 minutes for waitress to show up, never did, grabbed our menus and sat at the bar. This last time, the waitress showed up promptly, but the food sucked!! Ordered the Bourbon Salmon, had so much liquid on the plate it swamped the rest of the meal!! Gross!! One of the front doors had a sheet of plywood where glass used to be, and it didn't look like it happened recently!! Gives it kinda a ghetto feel! I'm probably not going back to this location!

I ordered a texas sweet tea (alcoholic), and I thought it was horrid. Ordered a long Island Iced Tea next and wasn't much better. It took a long time to get our food, but it was delicious. The ribs were so tender! My husband said his steak was good, but it had a lot of fat. Highly recommend the ribs!! Not the alcoholic beverages though! The croissants are delicious!
This was our first and last time coming to Cheddar's.We ordered an appetiser they never brought that out. The meals one had the wrong sides and the other one was under cooked and cold and the steaks really had no taste at all.

2 Chicken breast meal with the gravy on top. The chicken was hard as a rock to bite or chew... upon inspection found it was raw still inside . I told the waitress and switched out for shrimp meal even them were not good and very chewy and breading has a overpowering taste. Well ....I'm vowing to never eat there again!! This isn't my first disappointment by them!! I should of complained to manager!!kicking myself for not now!!

Don’t use curb side pick up without checking what you get. I have ordered the grilled chicken pecan salad multiple times over the past few months and at least three times get fried chicken salad instead. The latest one came with two small pieces of fried chicken and a piece of fried batter. Fried chicken pecan salad is not even on the menu and I got charged the price for

Not sure what's up with this Cheddars, but it was the first time going to a Cheddars and leaving thanks to NO service. How is this possible in an empty restaurant. I work for one of the other Darden brands and we are not allowed to do this to our guests. We hit the seven minute mark and NOTHING. We got up and I said something to one of the managers and apologized, but did not convince us to stay even after I mentioned I worked for Darden. Sorry Erie you have a crappy Cheddars and will go elsewhere when in the area. We did go next door to the other restaurant and had bread beverages and our order in, in the same seven minutes.
