Chick-fil-A

I ordered a southwest salad with no meat, add eggs for protein in which I paid extra for. They weren’t on the salad nor was the extra toppings that come with the salad like the tortilla chips in the bag. The sun joy was tart and watery, the Mac taste like it’s been sitting. I honestly don’t know why I keep giving you guys a try.

The girl gave me one honey mustard and one mayo and No ketchup and I ordered 2 sandwiches. And also gave me a bbq sauce that I never asked for. Sweetheart learn to listen better and ask questions if you don't understand. I'm pissed!! OH NO . 2nd sandwich had pickles on it and specifically asked for no pickles as I am slightly allergic!!! Good thing I saw them before I bit into the sandwich. I think you all owe me a chicken deluxe sandwich

Place was clean, food was made quick, and staff was friendly. The perfect place for fast food. You will leave with a smile on your face :)

First time walking to this place from where I work. It was very confusing getting there if you didn't know where you were going. I followed a few people in an alley way...and finally found it!

The wait for a seat was long. They already gave our food and it was getting cold. When you have little ones that are hungry, knowing you're holding their food is a challenge. The indoor playground was nice because it distracted them while we waited for a seat to open. Other than that. It was unbelievable clean for as busy as they were.

It was busy I understand but the staff were very rude. I waited 20mins for my food and ask politely when it would be ready and the tall blonde kid who wasn’t wearing a name badge said “when it is”

Rushed to get there before they closed and they apparently don't close at 10p.m. they were closed at 9:03p.m so I would check to make sure there open so you don't waste your time and gas!!

Site is located on the campus of Gannon University.I used the cashless kiosk to order, as I was unfamiliar with the menu. It was simple.The food was hot and fresh, but the descriptions could have been more detailed, I ended up with breaded chicken on my salad, which wasn't what I anticipated or wanted. I may have been able to request grilled at the counter, but I'm unsure.Service was quick and given with a smile.

A year ago (opened in January 2022), the store is small, but clean and nice. Sometimes there were times when the wait time for food to come out was 10-15 mins around lunch & dinner time.

I don't get it busy place but why? Way to expensive for chicken and fries. I won't be able to afford this.
