The food was decent that was very disappointed when I got there only to find out that the salad bar was closed and when I asked the cashier while it was closed he said it's because they didn't have enough ice to put into the cold food table. So it was pretty bummed about that and then I asked if they could just make me a salad and of course they told me no. 46 pieces of cheesy bread I paid $8 and it didn't even look like cheesy bread it looked like a pile of cheese or a clump of cheese. My grandbabies had fun and I guess it's all that matters what I recommend anybody to come in from out of town to go there absolutely not but if you live in Erie and have kids then yeah I would say it wasn't that bad of a place.

Now has a trampoline area with like 6 small trampolines. You have to pay extra for this. $10 if you get food - $20 if you don't Kind of pricey, when you can go to the jump park for about the same price with a lot more

We booked a party with a host. The party was not set up on time.Pretty much all our guest were there before it was set up. No one told us when the pizza was ready, they just brought it and left it at the table, didn’t bring plates for cake, didn’t even check to make sure the lighter worked for singing happy birthday ( the candle didn’t get lit until singing was basically over ) party host did not clean up. We threw away almost all the plates and cups ourselves. 90% of staff were on FaceTime calls on shift.The only thing i enjoyed about the experience is that the kids had fun running around. Other than that, save your money.

I'm giving this place 2 stars ONLY because my kids do still have fun there. Other then that it is not pleasant to go to. Almost all staff that we have dealt with are rude for no reason. You approach with kindness only to recieve nasty attitudes. Dont work at a children's place of you are not a people person. The girl with the piercings.. so called manager.. is awful. She was even rude to my daughter as well. She did not want to be bothered to do anything but sit in the office I suppose.

If I could put a negative on stuff it would be negative 10. 2 people working takes over 2 hours for pizza. 5 birthdays going on. I am one of them. Would no recommend this place to a dog.
After ordering large pizza and cheese bread online for pick up on a not so busy night and getting there to find out, they haven’t even put it in the oven yet. Waited an additional 10 minutes to get an absolutely horrible pizza. I think they put 2 tablespoons of cheese on it half of the slices didn’t even have but one piece of pepperoni on it no cheese or sauce.

We had our daughters birthday party there today. They seemed to be overbooked on parties for the amount of staff that was there. Every long table was set up for a party. It was hard to get help at the counter as no one was up there half the time and when you needed assistance they always had to track down the manager to assist as it was a party. One guest card for games didn’t work which they did resolve but it took forever for someone to show up to the counter. The party was 11-1 and they explained that the kids would have 45 minutes or so of game time before food comes out. And then we would have 10 minutes to eat before the ticket blaster and then Chuckie coming out for song and dance. Well that is not what happened it was around 1 when we got our food. My guests Kept coming up to me asking if we were having food because they were hungry. had to ask for the drink cups we ordered because they didn’t give them to us. And most of our party had left by the time chuckie came out and we were actually leaving as well when he finally came out for song and dancing which was 1:35pm. It was a big disappointment for the amount of money you are paying to have a party there. I would not want to have a party there again. But would come back for just the arcade area in the future.

there pizza is oddly good. when you first see it, you think it will be just sorta typical. but it's actually very tasty. our pizza order had gotten messed up and have pepperoni instead of just cheese and before we could even say anything they had already caught it and was making a new one and let us keep the messed-up on too. our kids love playing the games they have a good age range of games. even games adults can enjoy with their kids.
