awful…the young man they usually have up front refuses to speak to anyone and doesn’t even respond to thank you, he is a tall younger person with dark skin, he is very disrespectful and always on his phone, he could at least answer when spoken too.

Went with a friend to take our boys and we went at open. The staff was not friendly, stressed, and nothing was ready. No napkins on the tables, no paper towels in the restroom, super slow service and one staff was borderline rude. The boys enjoyed themselves but it wasn’t a great experience.

Came there this past Thursday for my son's first birthday. We didn't plan a birthday party there but his dad and I walked in with his cake and ordered pizza there. The young lady who was working the front desk between the hours of 6p.m. and 9p.m. was super nice. She gave my son a birthday hat. I ordered some type of pizza buddle that was about $60 it comes with cookie slices but they were out and placed it with cheesy bread which was absolutely fine with us. The food was so good and the manager helped carry the pizza to the table. Absolutely lovely experience for my son's birthday.

Most of the machines were broken they had a bunch of staff but they were all high school kids that would rather yon their phone then work none of them could or would help you spent 20 minutes waiting for someone just to check us
