Clean and peaceful with a welcoming, family-friendly feel
The experience I had today at Cloud 9 was phenomenal, service was quick our waiter Harrison was very friendly, well attentive to asking if we needed anything. He had taken very good care of us. Ordering was smooth and quick. We waited about 15 minutes max for the food. When it arrived, it had looked very delightful. I had ordered the Angus Burger. The first few bites into the burger were very extraordinary with a satisfying sensation of flavors. With the fries as well being fresh and savory. One of the best burgers with the side of fries I have ever had.

I like this place. It's fairly small, but it's a cool vibe. I've only ever gotten very basic apps and pizza for food but they were very good. The menu seems to have a variety of classy dishes. Beer selection is good and the wine selection is sizeable. Worth trying out, for date night.

Grabbed a few drinks while waiting for the Moon Mammoths event to open up. Waiter was polite. Wasn't too crowded even at 5pm on a Saturday. Nice outdoor seating. Amazing wine selection. Decent other drink selection as well. Good atmosphere.

One of my all time favorite places to dine! The mussels are delicious! The duck wings??? C'mon, they are one of a kind. I enjoyed a glass of wine and it did not disappoint ❤️ The creme brulee is always the perfect way to end a spectacular meal🍮 If it's been awhile since you've been here...get there soon!!!

I had the shaved steak sandwich. It didn't come with the pickled red onions & Garlic Aioli it was supposed to have. The steak was over cooked & dry. I didn't send it back because it took so long to get our food & we were going to a show. All in all very disappointing. The server never checked back, however the bartender was great. I won't go back.

It was my first time to Cloud 9. I loved it! I was there for the after finale of the Erie Philharmonic Orchestra and Chorus. The buffet that was set up for the occasion had delicious food. Our waiter was just as friendly as he was professional and knowledgeable.
Good food & great service. Best wine selection in town. Staff is friendly & knowledgeable. A stones throw from the ball park & a great place to meet before or after a game.
Very nice, comfortable place with good food and friendly service.

This place is such a gem. It is always immaculately clean (including the restrooms). Knowledgeable, friendly, professional staff. The food is always great. Excellent happy hour. I come here too much.
So disappointed. Been there numerous times with no complaints. Tonight, the steak was full of salt. By the time the waitress came back to us, my party was almost done eating so I couldn't reorder. Service was so slow and the place wasn't even near half full.
I'm never disappointed when I eat there. Great staff and delicious food.
Food was very good, however, after our large group's bills were processed, we came to find out that our waiter doctored not one, but TWO of our receipts and added a tip to the card when a cash tip was rendered instead.
Caused quite a bit of headache when we needed to submit our receipts to our company with different totals on our personal copies than what the waiter added in on his own accord. (To be clear, he falsified some receipts to add a tip when there was none since some of us gave him cash.)
Due to this, we will not be returning nor will we be recommending this restaurant to others.
I hope the restaurant is able to recognize and remediate this situation as we did enjoy the meal. Best of luck to them!

You DID hear from one of our persons affected and refused to believe that the error was on your employee (- a fair assumption for a manager to defend their employee, I do not fault you for that. ) The second person decided to not reach out due to the lack of intervention in the first case - they just handled it privately when they submitted their copy of the differing receipt for review. As I was not personally affected (I DID in fact leave a tip on my card, not a cash tip), I will not be involving myself further. I hope you are able to resolve the situation.
