Our waitress was exceptional, providing additional information regarding weekly features and ongoing events, such as a wine pairings experience in December. The environment was calm and relaxing, while dining, and we did not lack for attention from our server during our meal. We highly recommend Cloud 9!

This was a very nice place! It is right next to a parking garage, which makes it convenient IF you are ok spending $5 on parking. There is even a backdoor entrance from parking garage. The atmosphere is very nice, and the service is top notch. 👌 The drink selection was huge (and delicious), and the menu was a nice size with both reasonable and pricey meals, depending on your budget.

Service was great tonight!! , the flourless chocolate cake is like nothing i have ever had. The walnut crusted brie with an extra side of the berry compote is one of my usuals. They always have fresh oysters that are great too. Jenna was awesome, helpful with suggestions for our guests who had never eaten there before. John was an attentive server as well.

We are unsure why this restaurant only has a 4.5 rating on Google. In our estimation it should be at least a 4.7 or 4.8. The drinks were amazing and the food was out of this world. From the croque madame flatbread, duck wings and peach salad to the chimichurri salmon and seared duck breast, the food was well seasoned and excellently prepared. The lemon blueberry tart and creme brulee were an amazing end to a stellar meal. We highly recommend and will return.

I couldn't get over just how much space is behind the bar! If the bar didn't have such ballroom dancing space behind it, I'm sure there would be room for at least 6 more 4-tops. Just the same, it is nice for the bartender to be able to have that much room, I suppose and when it is busy, maybe the two bartenders could dance! The service was excellent. The food was delicious. The recipes were standard Americana, although many were clearly French-inspired. I had so much fun visiting this restaurant, which, based on the website as well as the interior design, leads as much more of a wine bar than a restaurant. They have a full menu and a full bar, so don't be fooled - and the selections are all quite impressive, foods and drinks. I asked the bartender to pair my wine for me - she did a perfect job. I loved the escargot and the salmon so very much. Those around me were friendly. It feels like a welcoming neighborhood bar, right in the heart of the city. I had a lovely experience.

I have visited this restaurant several times because my friends were inviting me there. Personally it would not be my choice because I am observing how the service is declining there. Last time I was there celebrating a birthday and learned that you have to pay $80 to make a reservation… which already seem high. It also doesn’t make sense to charge it if everyone came in. Typically it is just a hold that gets released when party shows up. Apparently not here. You will get it charged and they also tried to prove that it was credited towards the bill, when clearly it was not. It took a long time to get that $80 back. There are positive things I could say, but this charge instead of just hold and them trying to prove that it was credited to the bill when it was not on any receipt just made me very upset. Not how you run a business.

Our time at cloud 9 was great! The wine was good, the food was delicious (got the mahi sushi special), and Heather our bartender gave us wonderful service and was overall just fun to chitchat with. She helped us make some flights and gave suggestions and really knew her stuff. I really enjoyed eating and drinking there, and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Erie.
The duck was really good, but my date got the tacos and it didn't say they were spicy anywhere in the menu and she couldn't eat them. Besides that it was a great experience.

Some of the best tasting food and wine in Erie. Solid beer selection on tap. Great atmosphere too! Nice and quiet, great for lunch or dinner.
We had started the night at Room 33, and left disappointed from the medocre food and lack of any good beer options. Cloud 9 looked empty, so we gave it a shot, and it was well worth it. Heather's one of the best bartenders we've had the pleasure of chatting with. She also did a wonderful job picking out different drinks for us, all equally delicious.
We ended up hopping to Plymouth afterwords, but quickly returned to Cloud 9 due to the unparalleled service and drink selections.
We look forward to stopping by the next time we're in Erie!

The experience I had today at Cloud 9 was phenomenal, service was quick our waiter Harrison was very friendly, well attentive to asking if we needed anything. He had taken very good care of us. Ordering was smooth and quick. We waited about 15 minutes max for the food. When it arrived, it had looked very delightful. I had ordered the Angus Burger. The first few bites into the burger were very extraordinary with a satisfying sensation of flavors. With the fries as well being fresh and savory. One of the best burgers with the side of fries I have ever had.

I like this place. It's fairly small, but it's a cool vibe. I've only ever gotten very basic apps and pizza for food but they were very good. The menu seems to have a variety of classy dishes. Beer selection is good and the wine selection is sizeable. Worth trying out, for date night.
