I visited Cold Stone Creamery 7/6/2025 and ordered three ice cream creations. Unfortunately, my order was made incorrectly and was not made like it normally is. I went back in to have it remade, but the same staff member who made it the first time redid it with an attitude and still didn’t get it right. I was disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the product. I love Cold Stone normally, and visit frequently but this experience didn’t meet expectations at all.

If you enjoy waiting 30 min or more for ice cream that you can just buy in the store this is the place for you!! Super slow teenagers working and clearly understaffed. More business walked out the door than stayed 🤦♂️

I usually only get the smoothies, they are the best smoothies I have tasted so far! They are a little pricey but they are definitely worth it. I haven’t tried all of them but I’ve had the blueberry banana and that’s awesome and I’ve had the pineapple mango smoothie that’s delicious also! So if you’re looking for something that will cool you down and quench your appetite, get a smoothie or maybe some ice cream!! ?

The staff seems overworked and not too happy about it. The Coldstone ala mode ice cream I got was not very good it was super extra sweet and tasted vaguely artificial, which is weird because they usually have quality ingredients. All in all, my $8 ice cream cone was kind of disappointing.
Wheelchair accessibility: Overall setup of the front of the building is difficult for anybody in a wheelchair.

I would definitely give 5 stars, but the reason I'm giving 4 is because of the new ways of picking up an online order. To me the whole point of online ordering is to avoid waiting in line. Before they would keep your order in the freezer for the customer to grab. Well now it is behind the counter. And they will take care of every single person in line before just handing you your online order. Soooo I might as well just wait in line and order in store. Completely defeats the purpose.
