We like to find local businesses when traveling and ice cream stores are usually a safe bet. Everything was very good. Hard pack ice cream only with a wide range of sizes and flavors. Even a small selection of Italian ices. We often go to Sarah’s for ice cream and hot dogs when in Erie. This spot was off the beaten path and is also a pizzeria. Worth a visit if you are in the area.

I moved seven years ago but grew up in Erie, with lots and lots of visits to Connie's. It has been a family favorite for my whole life. During a recent visit back to Erie, I brought my new family here along with other family members. The ice cream was every bit as delicious as I remembered! The current location has plenty of seating outside so you can enjoy your ice cream in the sun. This was a first visit for my husband and kids and they all very much enjoyed it!

Mango ice is beyond ? ? AMAZING!. And its all homemade in-house and the icecream too. We had to get a quart of mango ice to go home,too!!. Very friendly and very accommodating to me and my young children.

Makes me sad to write this because I love ice cream and I am not a fussy person if it's decent ice cream I'm good with it. My husband surprised me and brought home two quarts of ice cream the Maui, and the salty caramel pretzel the Maui has an obnoxious chemical aftertaste that is very bizarre. The salty caramel pretzel has absolutely no salt caramel taste
