The service at the Erie PA location was very fast and the quality of food was delicious. Very clean environment. The waitress I had was amazing! She puts a lot I to making her customers happy. I thanked her and left a generous tip for her excellent work.

Never been so disappointed. We LOVE Cracker Barrel. No one smiled. No one was pleasant. We have never had such poor service at Cracker Barrel. If you’re that unhappy in your job…find another one.

They sat us in a section that had no waitress and I waited 15 minutes and a kind man found someone for us since I was with my grandson. Then the waitress came over and said I am not your waitress but I’ll do it. She never came back after serving food then when she did I only got one of the things I asked for. No refills nothing.Kid-friendliness: You need to have a menu for kids. If you do have one we never got it. Something to keep them busy.

Waited on table had 1 person in front of us a charter buses came in and they made us wait as they sat all bus people we left very disappointed I love to stop your little store could not even do that maybe charter busses should have to reserve time and amount and your loyal customers not wait
