Not only is management rude to their own staff infront of customers, they are sooooo slow to take orders, let alone making the food. What's the point of drive-through fast food if ot takes a half an hour juat to place your order? My timer says 20mins currently and that was after waiting god knows how long and I was only the second person in line. Pay your workers better so they want to actually work and get rid of the current management staff this store has and start over.

one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The manager was extremely rude and dismissive, showing no regard for basic courtesy. On top of that, the service was painfully slow, with long wait times despite the store not being that busy. This location seriously needs a change in management and better training in how to treat customers. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects even a minimum level of respect.

Waited in drive thru for 17 min .. Thurs at 4:40pm July 17,2025..got to window there was 3 people there.. not understanding why there was a line in drive thru. I couldn’t get out of line because there was cars behind me. I finally got my food and no napkins ..🤷🏽♀️

the drive through is consistently slow and terrible. we waited 30 minutes yesterday 10 of which were trapped in line - couldn’t leave if we wanted to. worse, this issue blocks and screws up the front parking lot. there were 6 cars in line - not too many at all. tons of cars simply drove away. food and service were fine. i haven’t been in quite some time but risked it - mistake! and, i discovered the prices higher and portions smaller - peanut buster parfait and large blizzards were in cups that are obviously smaller in diameter. oh, well!

This was the worst place to eat we choosed FAST FOOD Not slow food they took about 1 hour and I bet our ice cream in melted by now.WE COULD HAVE ATE TEXAS ROAD HOUSE BY NOW!
