The line was really long, but our ice cream came out so fast I was actually surprised. I got it the same time I got my debit card back. They definitely knew what they were doing and had a good rhythm

The gentleman who usually is at the second window handing food away second shift (9:45 pm on 6/27) is ignorant and not professional at all. Didn’t get a greeting just shoving bags of food in my hand, and slams the drive thru door after. Honestly where’s the customer service and professionalism.

I asked them to cut the sandwich, but.I guess that was a problem was told no they would throw a plastic knife in the bag and I could do it myself. I then asked the girl at the window why they couldn't cut it she said to be honest idk I don't work in the kitchen. I worked in fast food for 15 years and I would never tell someone no to cutting their sandwich. Worst customer service ever.

This specific location has really gone down hill. I had a simple order a hamburger happy meal, that’s is it! Get home and notice my daughters not eating her hamburger, that’s because it’s plain, completely nothing on it, no ketchup, no mustard not even a pickle. A bun and a patty! Ok no biggie we used our own supply. Then I realize she didn’t get her ice cream that COMES with the meal! So I call and spoke with a young girl who sounded beyond bored with our conversation and she explained that you have to ASK for the ice cream and there is a ticket in the bag that you have to give to them (in the drive thru??!!) even though the woman who took my order asked if I wanted the ice cream now or later when I stated later I didn’t think I had to rip off a ticket and ASK again for the ice cream. She also explained to me that yes the hamburgers come plain (nothing on them), I suppose there’s a ticket you have to rip off for ketchup too. Maybe they should make the pictures on there board more realistic because what they are displaying is considered false advertising. We won’t be back.
