I've never seen a Blzzard cake do what ours did yesterday.
Although the decoration part of cake was nicely done
I called just to ask questions, but there was no other intention
PU 11 am. 9 -12 min drive home, placed cake in freezer. Removed to serve roughly 15 -20 min prior to cutting. My home is kept cool, so no, there wasn't a Fire lite under the cake
That ice cream cake just started collapsing from the middle out. I mean pile of ice cream goo . Thank God I had a table cover down.
Just scooped goo onto plates. No Clue why
Called DQ, basically told they don't have ice cream cake issues ever, from discussion on their end, My issue not there's.
Finally offered a $10 credit for a $41 mess.
You can Keep your $10. I personally won't use your location again 👍🏻

Table, floor and seat were not clean in the dining room. Coke remix machine was sold out of coke, so I went and got cherry coke. I get the cherry coke and it tastes just like soda water with a hint of root beer, I then go and get Dr Pepper and it just tastes just like soda. I never had any bad experiences here in the past, this one was a big shocker. Idk if I’ll go back or not to this location

Everything was cold, onion rings were burnt, burgers were dried out texture of rubber. French fries were cold , tasted like they were left over from lunch. Very gross, very expensive, the ice cream was the best thing
