Ordered dominos while staying at splash lagoon. Came during expected delivery time. Food was hot. They brought plates which was really thoughtful especially being in a hotel and not having those conveniences handy.

I had placed an order over the phone! When I went to pick it up it was wrong. When I told them that’s not what I ordered the manager on site yelled that that’s not what I ordered and continued to act in a rude and unprofessional way. At the point I have had enough and just left. I would never go back there again. I worked in fast food growing up and if I would have treated or talked to a customer the way she talked to me I would have been fired. It’s really sad this behavior is acceptable now.

The way they treat their drivers is ridiculous. I don’t personally work there thank god but I do know a lot of people that do. But one of the rules that they have is that if a driver does not feel safe driving in Bad weather conditions that they must be taken off the road and sent home. But of course, they refused to obey by this rule the management at Domino’s Do not care about the safety of their drivers

It was the worst pizza and Italian sub I ever bought. Half the sub and most of the pizza was thrown out 15 minutes after it was delivered. The pizza had no sauce and the sub was awful. I will never waste my money on Domino's ever again.

We ordered for delivery last minute on a Wednesday night and honestly it was some of the best dominos we’ve ever had. Wish we could leave a tip for whoever worked the kitchen tonight because they KILLED IT. Love this dominos ❤️

Honestly hate to leave bad reviews but I live less than a mile from the shop and they delivered my food last so I had to wait an extra 35 minutes rather than if I picked it up. Normally I do pick-up but my car was in the shop today and figured somewhere close wouldn’t make me wait too long. Food was still surprisingly warm plus I own an air fryer so it wouldn’t have mattered to me but it just doesn’t make sense to make the closest person wait an extra 35 minutes where if you dropped my food off first, the others would only have to wait an extra 2-3 minutes for my delivery to be completed. Again food is okay and the driver was a nice older gentleman, they are just missing a few screws collectively as a store I suppose.

Peach St location in Erie is by far the worst service and staff I have EVER encountered at ANY pizza place in my life. Ridiculous. Idk how they get away with that.

What a great experience!!! The food is hot and perfectly made. Mark, the driver, was SUPER friendly and very kind! They were out of a drink we ordered, but he was SO apologetic, and offered to grab a different one. We're in town for only a couple days, but I would definitely order from this particular location again!THANK YOU Mark and Alisha for your service today!

Ordering from Domino’s through the app is incredibly convenient with the ability to simply repeat a previous order, and tracking the delivery time. Oh, and Domino’s pizza is top notch!

Sent my girlfriend to grab us a 7.99 one topping large pepperoni pizza. She was charged $20+ for the pizza and 16 pc bread bite. She didn’t want to argue with the clearly untrained teenager working alone over $10 so she paid and left. Management needs to train their employees on how to service promotions, or management trains employees to purposefully ring full price and makes customer make a scene before applying discount. Either way it was the most mediocre $20 pizza, you sell $10 pizza at your top quality; $20 is delusional for the dog water quality pizza you produce.
